Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 166 in Riga in 2006 (February 28. No 12) 27 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 19 February 2002, the Regulation No 77 "provisions concerning minimum requirements for medical institutions and their departments ' Issued in accordance with article 55 of the law on medical treatment by the second part of the draw of the Cabinet of Ministers of 19 February 2002, the Regulation No 77" provisions concerning minimum requirements for medical institutions and their structural units "(Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 31; 2003, 167, 180. no) the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 6 by the following : "6. the medical institution of medical technology, which, in accordance with the regulations on treatment of medical technology be used in validation and new medical technologies are assessed and approved by the health statistics national health technology Agency."
2. Delete paragraph 12.5.
