No. 12 23) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 august 2002, the Regulation No 372 "labour protection requirements for the use by workers of personal protective equipment" Issued under the employment protection act, article 25 (3) to make the Cabinet of 20 august 2002, the Regulation No 372 "labour protection requirements for the use by workers of personal protective equipment" (Latvian journal, 2002, 119 no) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with an informative reference to European Union directive in the light of the following : "Informative reference to European Union directive rules included provisions deriving from Council of 30 November 1989, Directive 89/656/EEC on the minimum safety and health requirements, use of personal protective equipment at the workplace (third individual Directive within the meaning of article 16(1) of Directive 89/391/EEC means)."
2. Put 1 of annex 6.1.2. subparagraph by the following: "6.1.2. quick atsienam or atāķējam shoes;".
3. Supplement to annex 3 1.5. subparagraph after the word "removal" with the words "mineral transportation."
4. Supplement to annex 3 paragraph 1.1 the following: "1.1 this annex 1.1., 1.2., 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13 and 1.14. subparagraph in mandatory use of the skull helmet protection."
5. Supplement to annex 3, paragraph 3.1., after the word "engraving" with the words "and drīvēšan".
6. Express 3.5.12 and 5.13 bottom point as follows: "5.12. cutting, cutting and mark;
5.13. working with sharp objects (including boning); ".
7. Supplement to annex 3 the bottom paragraph 5.20 as follows: "5.20. work on wells, wells and tanks."
8. Express 3.6.3. subparagraph by the following: "6.3. work with hot or very cold objects, as well as to hot or very cold objects-required footwear with outer soles of termoizolējoš;".
