No 13, 15) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 august 2000 by Regulation No 296 "rules on professional obligations require the State language knowledge and language skills testing order" Issued in accordance with national law, the language of article 6 of the fifth and the education law in article 50 paragraph 3 to make a Cabinet of 22 august 2000 by Regulation No 296 "rules on professional obligations require the State language knowledge and language skills testing procedures" (Latvian journal , 2000, 302., 435./437.nr.; 17, 2001, 99, 105, no. 174; 2004, nr. 32) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 2.5 points below the following: "2.5. have completed approved education programs learning educates jam with mental development disorders." 2. Make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. the State language skills test evaluated by the person's State language skills according to the particular profession or position the required language skills level." 3. Make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. the employer shall, in accordance with the professions and the provision of paragraph 4 and 5 constitute their own institutions and professions, a list of relevant posts and occupations relevant State language proficiency levels and grades." 4. Express 8.1. subparagraph by the following: "8.1. Educational content and examination Center issued the relevant State language skills certificate (annex 3), presented by the person's employer;". 5.
