4. emergency (except marine emergency) fire and rescue (except sea rescue), as well as the emergency caused by the liquidation of the consequences of the national armed forces involved: 4.1 if the national armed forces to fulfil the tasks related to the armed conflict or its prevention measures;

II. Procedures for national armed forces involved in the crash, fire and rescue 5. Decision on the need to involve national armed forces units or emergency fire and rescue on land is entitled to accept: 5.1 throughout the country or in a region thereof – national fire and rescue Chief or his authorized person, but in the case of forest fires, the national forest service Director-General or his authorized person;
5.2. the Republican town or district administrative territory – fire extinguishing and rescue work. The decision taken shall inform the State fire and rescue service Chief or his authorised person.
6. the national fire and rescue service officer (in the case of forest fires, the virsmežzin or his authorized person) who drives a fire or emergency deletion and rescue, is entitled to take a decision on the need to involve fire, emergency and rescue work in the administrative territory of the national armed forces deployed units.
7. Request for the need to involve national armed forces fire works and the execution controls in the following order: 7.1 the State fire and rescue service operational management administration or national forest service Director-General or his authorized person on request (indicating the location of the fire and the nature of the required national armed forces staff numbers, this tasks and facilities necessary for the performance of the funds) shall inform the national armed forces joint operations centre;
7.2. National armed forces joint operations centre operational attendant: 7.2.1. report on the information received, the Minister of defence, as well as inform the national armed forces Commander;
7.2.2. inform the State fire and rescue service operational management administration or national forest service Director-General or his authorized person of a decision of the Minister for defence;
7.2.3. notify the Defence Minister ordered the national armed forces (or the task involved in units) operational prefect, who organizes the execution of the order;
7.2.4. the report to the national armed forces Commander of the national armed forces fire works;
7.2.5. the control of Defence Minister orders;
7.2.6. the report to the Minister of defence and national armed forces Commander on the results of the work and the return of the permanent location.
8. Fire works the participating national armed forces Commander: 8.1 report of fire extinguishing and rescue Manager or national forest Service Manager for coming and the readiness to engage in a fire, as well as finished and leaving the scene;
8.2. is included and works in fire extinguishing and rescue operational headquarters;
8.3. running fire extinguishing and rescue Manager or national forest service officials;
8.4. the organized security measures, directs the work of subordinate staff and is responsible for the execution of the given task;
8.5. the report to the national armed forces joint operations center on work results and the return of the permanent location.
9. If you want to react immediately, a decision on the need for emergency and rescue works to involve the relevant administrative territory of national armed forces stationed units are eligible to take the State fire and rescue service Chief of territorial units. The decision taken shall immediately inform the State fire and rescue service Chief or his authorised person.
10. the request for the need to involve national armed forces emergency and rescue and enforcement controls as follows: 10.1 the State fire and rescue service operational management board on request (indicating the location of the event and the nature of the required national armed forces staff numbers, this tasks and facilities necessary for the performance of the types and quantities of funds) shall inform the national armed forces joint operations centre;
10.2. the national armed forces joint operations centre operational attendant: 10.2.1. report on information received by the Minister and shall inform the national armed forces Commander;
10.2.2. inform the State fire and rescue service operational management of the Defence Minister's decision;
10.2.3. notify the Defence Minister ordered the national armed forces (or the task involved in units) operational prefect, who organizes the execution of the order;
10.2.4. report to the national armed forces Commander of the national armed forces planned participation in emergency and rescue works;
10.2.5. control of Defence Minister orders;
10.2.6. the report to the Minister of defence and national armed forces Commander on the results of the work and the return of the permanent location.
11. emergency and rescue the participating national armed forces Commander: 11.1. report of fire extinguishing and rescue Manager for coming and the readiness to engage in emergency and rescue, as well as the completion of the work commissioned, and leaving the scene;
11.2. are included and working in emergency and rescue operational headquarters;
11.3. working fire extinguishing and rescue work under the direction of the driver;
11.4. organised security arrangements, led by subordinate staff and is responsible for the execution of the given task;
11.5. the report to the national armed forces joint operations center on work results and the return of the permanent location.
12. Decision concerning the need for ie sais rolling himself a national armed forces air forces (air force) medical transportation by aircraft is entitled to adopt disaster Medical Center Director or his authorized representative, informed the air force operational youth. III. Arrangements for the national armed forces involved in the emergency situation caused by the effects of the winding-up decision in the 13 on the need to involve national armed forces units in providing assistance to the system of civil protection emergency liquidation takes effect:

13.1. Crisis management the Council-if the emergency was declared throughout the country as a whole or in a substantial part thereof;
13.2. the Republic city or district emergency operational Commission – where exceptional situation of the Republic opened a city or district administrative territory;
13.3. national operational medical Commission or the city (district) operational medical board-if the emergency medical situation opened.
14. the Minister of Defence issued an order on national armed forces units will go to the rolling of the emergency consequences liquidation. The order includes information about: 14.1. the nature of the emergency, the news of the national regulatory authorities and the departments that participate in the emergency situation caused by the effects of the winding-up;
14.2. the task of the national armed forces to support the national civil protection system for the emergency caused by the effects of the winding-up;
14.3. the order in which national armed forces action coordinated with the emergency caused by the liquidation of the consequences of participating public institutions and services.
15. The emergency caused by the liquidation of the consequences of the deed, the participating national armed forces Commander: 15.1 reporting officer manages the effects caused by the emergency salvage work, and national armed forces joint operations control center on arrival and a willingness to get involved in the liquidation of the consequences of the completion of the work assigned and leaving the scene;
15.2. running the official leadership, which runs the emergency caused by the effects of the winding-up;
15.3. organised security arrangements, led by subordinate staff and is responsible for the execution of the given task;
15.4. the report to the national armed forces joint operations center on work results and the return of the permanent location.
IV. National armed forces and security staff training with the logistical resources and special equipment for participation in the crash, fire and rescue, as well as the emergency consequences caused by the liquidation of 16. emergency, fire and rescue, as well as the emergency caused by the effects of the winding-up may be involved in the preparation of the national armed forces, secured with task required special equipment.
17. National armed forces special training crash, fire and rescue, as well as the emergency caused by the liquidation of the consequences of the work area provides the State fire and rescue service, national forest service and disaster Medical Center involving other ministries training subordinated institutions.
18. For the national armed forces unit by exercise of the necessary logistical means and special equipment, which are expected to be involved in a crash, fire and rescue, as well as the emergency caused by the effects of the winding-up and that the job requires material reserves are responsible for national armed forces Commander.
