No 16 24) European Union support, administration and supervisory arrangements of cream, butter or high fat butter purchase at reduced prices are Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth and seventh part i. General questions 1. determined the support of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as aid), administration and supervisory arrangements of cream, butter or concentrated butter (high fat butter or butter oil) purchase at reduced prices.

II. The granting of aid for butter sales to non-profit organizations 4. Support shall be granted in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005, if the butter is in conformity with the requirements of that market intervention measures, regulations governing the national quality class set-extra class – butter.
5. the aid shall be granted in accordance with the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005, if the rules referred to in paragraph 4, the butter shall be sold for final consumption using State and local authorities, the national armed forces and the entities that do not carry out commercial activities (hereinafter referred to as the recipient of the product).
6. product beneficiary services shall submit a written application for approval for the use of butter in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 the application adds support award administration and monitoring of the necessary documents in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005.7. 11. For support, an applicant shall submit a written service request for the aid delivered in butter, not exceeding the provision referred to in paragraph 7 of the delivery order in the specified. 11.2. the granting of aid and of the action taken to guarantee the necessary documents in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005, III., the granting of aid for cream, butter and concentrated butter for use in the manufacture of 12. aid shall be granted in accordance with Council Regulation No 1255/1999 and in Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 requirements: 12.1. appropriate the concentrated butter and the national quality class of the category-extra-butter in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 is intended for use in flour confectionery production applying the formula (A);
12.2. about the appropriate cream, butter and concentrated national quality class-extra class – butter, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 is intended for use in ice cream production, applying the formula B. 13.12. These provisions referred to in paragraph 1, the beneficiary of the service products shall submit a written application for approval for the use of the product in accordance with the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 the application adds support award administration and monitoring of the necessary documents in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005.14. 17. 17.2. the requested amount of the aid, claiming to support the award.
18. The applicant this provision an application referred to in paragraph 17 shall be accompanied by the following: 18.1. written consent of Commission Regulation No 1898/2005 that security of supply;
18.2. the grant of aid administration and monitoring of the necessary documents in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005.19. rejects the offer if the applicant: 19.1. the proposed price for the purchase of butter from intervention stocks is less than the minimum price fixed for the invitation to tender;
19.2. the requested amount of support, claiming the aid exceeds the maximum for the invitation to tender concerned.
20. the service shall inform all tenderers of the outcome of the contest and in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 specifies the intended use (formula A or formula applied B) submit processing security as well:

20.1. the amount corresponding to the quotation on quantities of butter and optional services for the purchase of the warrant issued by identifying it with the tender number to which it refers;
20.2. the amount of the aid for the use of this provision, paragraph 12, of the quantity of products, identifying it with the tender number to which it refers.
21. The applicant deadline takes over from intervention stocks for the benefit of the optional butter, based on this rule 20.1. warrant and referred to in the Commission Regulation No 1898/2005.22. An applicant for aid in accordance with Commission Regulation No 1898/2005 the deadline shall be submitted in writing to the service support request. The request shall be accompanied by the following: 22.1. support award administration and monitoring of the necessary documents in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005;
22.2. the activities carried out in the production or processing of products – supporting documents in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005. IV., the granting of aid for concentrated butter for direct consumption 23. aid shall be granted for concentrated butter corresponding to Council Regulation No 1255/1999 and in Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 requirements.
24. The provisions referred to in paragraph 23 of the concentrated butter production company (hereinafter undertaking) shall submit a written application to the Department for approval, in accordance with Commission Regulation No 1898/2005 the application adds support award administration and monitoring of the necessary documents in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005.25. Service registers the company application, within five working days in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 shall take a decision on the approval of the company and three working days after the decision is issued to the company a written confirmation with an individual number in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005.26. Service 25. these provisions the approval referred to in paragraph 1 provisionally suspend, revoke, or renew, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005.
27. The rules referred to in paragraph 23 of the support, the applicant shall submit a written application to the bid Department in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 the application shall be accompanied by: 27.1. the written acknowledgement of receipt of Commission Regulation No 1898/2005 offer a security service specified account;
27.2. the grant of aid administration and monitoring of the necessary documents in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005.28. Service rejected the applicant's tender submission, if the requested aid amount exceeding the maximum amount defined for the competition.
29. the service shall inform all applicants of the results of the competition, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 specifying the end use be a guarantee, the amount of aid for concentrated butter for the production quantity and deadline, indicating it is the number to which it refers.
30. The applicant supports calculation and receipt of payment, in accordance with Commission Regulation No 1898/2005 the deadline written in the service support request. In accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 the claim must be accompanied by the documents required for the granting of aid: 30.1. Administration and supervision;
30.2. the endorsement of the action taken.
V. monitoring and control arrangements 31. Service in accordance with the Council Regulation No 1255/1999 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 made unannounced inspections and inform the food and veterinary service of the required controls: 31.1.
