Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 245 in Riga, 28 March 2006 (pr. 17. § 36) implements and trailers conversion rules issued under the Highway Traffic Act article 15 of the sixth part i. General questions 1. determines the order in which the implements and rebuilding its trailers, implements and its requirements for the design and equipment of trailers after reassembly and the order in which the receivable on the implements and trailers and rebuilt in conformity with the safety requirements of the technical regulations. 2. Implements or its conversion types of trailers are classified into three general areas: the threshing 8.1. category conversion-implements or trailer indivi dual conversion, which do not require to develop and harmonise the technical or the tractor trailer conversion technical project;
8.2. the second category of alteration-implements or trailer indivi dual conversion that is required to develop and harmonise the technical or the tractor trailer conversion technical project;
8.3. a third category conversion-implements or its serial trailer conversions carried out by the merchant who offers them as market services (hereinafter referred to as the operator). II. Technical or trailer conversion category determination 9. Technical conversion project development and coordination 21. developing the technical conversion of the trailer or the technical project, pārbūvētāj in the following sections: 21.1 descriptive part-includes rebuilding the foundations you need and rebuilding the technical solution;

If the certification authority is in any doubt as to whether a planned alteration meets the implements or trailer manufacturer's requirements or recommendations, the certification body shall be entitled to request the conversion of the technical design of the previous alignment with the implements or trailer manufacturer or its authorized representative in the European Union. 26. Within five working days after receipt of the statement of conformity or technical owner of the trailer (holder) the restructuring agency are recorded. VIII. 43.5. operating rules-specifies the operating conditions, the maintenance periodicity and materials;

27.1. the merchant-merchant guarantee warranty conditions. 44. The operator shall submit a certification body for the refit of the technical harmonisation project (three copies) and rebuilt the implements or trailer test protocol. 45.
