No 24 11. §) rules for ministries and other central public authorities of the programme and subprogramme performance indicators for 2006 Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management article 5 tenth 1. determines the ministries and other central public authorities of the programme and sub-programme indicators applied for 2006 (annex 1 and 2), as well as the order in which you define the applied indicators and reports on their implementation.
2. Applied indicators determined by the law "on the State budget for 2006" in annex 4 and 5 of the said Ministry and other central public authorities budget programmes and sub-programmes. Performance indicators provide steps (measures) the amount and nature of State budget spending efficiency and focus.
3. If the Ministry or other Central Government institutions budget implementation of the programme or subprogramme provides several of its subordinated institutions, the ministries or other Central Government institutions (or his authorized officer) the Cabinet of Ministers approved programme or subprogrammes within the indicators applied to determine the indicators for each of the subordinated to the authority.
