Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 363, Riga, 2 May 2006 (pr. No 25 62. §) rules on public procurement notice forms are issued in accordance with the public procurement law of article 28, first subparagraph 1. determines the procurement notice sample forms, if the estimated contract price for public supply and service contracts, as well as methods for purchases of less than Lats 92169, but public works contracts — less than 3550844 late.
2. the rules provide the following procurement notice sample forms: 2.1 information notice for the RFP (annex 1). Fill out the form the client, applying the price survey;
2.2. notification of contract (annex 2). Fill out the form the client, applying the open competition, closed tender, RFP, negotiation procedures, as well as the dynamic purchasing system;
2.3. a simplified contract notice (annex 3). Fill out the form the client in applying the dynamic purchasing system;
2.4. notification of the results of the procurement procedure (annex 4). Fill out the form the client, applying the open competition, closed tender, RFP, negotiation procedures, as well as the dynamic purchasing system;
2.5. notice regarding Matt tender (annex 5). The form filled in by the application of the principal cast of the tender;
2.6. notification of tender results of meta (annex 6). The form filled in by the application of the principal cast.
