No 25) 33 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 December 2005, the Regulation No 999 "procedure in question permits the submission of a customs declaration in electronic form" Issued under the Customs Act the third paragraph of article 4 to make a Cabinet of 27 December 2005, the Regulation No 999 "procedure in question permits the submission of a customs declaration in electronic form" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 210.) the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 8 by the following: "8. the authorised representative of the declarant qualification certificate shall be issued after completion of the course and the qualification of the appropriate examination. A person who has obtained the qualification of customs experts at accredited educational programs learning may be sort of representative Qualification exam without completing the course of qualification. The course programme, in coordination with the State revenue service, develop, implement and qualification certificates shall be issued by the educational institution, which has accredited professional education program qualifications of customs experts. Authorized representative of the declarant not less frequently than every three years, raising the qualifications and pass an exam in the appropriate educational authority, that authority shall mark the qualifications for it. "
2.
