No 25) rules for veterinary control not subject to food imports from third countries and its control procedures the State border control points, free zones, free warehouses and customs warehouses Issued under the food surveillance law article 21 fourth 1. Rules lays down the requirements for the importation of food from third countries, which is not subject to veterinary control (hereinafter food), as well as procedures for the control of State border control points , free zones, free warehouses and customs warehouses.

13. Border control document in the first part of the "food goods" fills the sanitary border inspection official, on the basis of the food goods the information provided by the representative. Food cargo representative is responsible for the specified message and the authenticity of the documents attached, as well as food sanitary border inspection officials reporting that it could take control.

15. After the completion of the document on border controls: 15.1. one copy of sanitary border inspection official shall submit a customs control points;

15.3. third copies and copies of the documents accompanying food stored in a sanitary border inspection point of control for three years.
16. the customs officer shall apply to the shipment of the goods in question under the customs regime of border inspection posts food documents specified in the second paragraph of the decision.
