The situation of the European Union structural funds, one of the main guiding principles of the Union's regional policy is a tool for the implementation of the structural funds. The whole territory of Latvia in the EU structural funds objectives are aligned with the Objectives of the Division 1 region, where per capita GDP is below 75% of the average level of the EU Member States. Objective 1 areas such the structural funds of the European Union: 1. European Regional Development Fund (hereinafter the ERDF). The ERDF aims to provide support to the regional gap, with the participation of the regions lagging behind in development and structural alignment, as well as the industrial transformation of the regions that the condition worsens;   2. the European Social Fund (hereafter ESF). The ESF aims to eradicate discrimination and inequality in the labour market, to support the development of human resources, to promote the information society;   3. the European agricultural guidance and guarantee fund (EAGGF). EAGGF objective is to support the restructuring of agriculture and contribute to rural development; 4. Financial instrument for fisheries guidance (FIFG). The FIFG aims to ensure the structural measures in the fisheries and aquaculture sectors, as well as fishery products processing industry and trade. 1.2. the single programming document the objectives and priorities of the single programming document has been approved by the European Commission document on the use of the structural funds of the European Union, which includes information about the objectives of the action strategy and the use of the structural funds of the European Union, defines the priorities of the European Union's structural funds finansējamo activities as well as the European Union's structural funds. Measures co-financed by the FIFG: 1) weighting of fishing effort (this measure is 43.6% of the structural funds allocated for public funding); 2) fleet renewal and modernisation of fishing vessels (2.8%); 3) fisheries and aquaculture product processing and marketing improvement, fishing port facilities and aquaculture (43.1%); 4) coastal fisheries development, socio-economic measures, support for temporary cessation of fishing activities and other financial compensation, the acquisition of new markets and support for producer organisations (10.5%). Payment shall be attested by the signature of the buyer and seller. 2. transactions supporting documents 2.1 product packing slip invoice, which includes the following properties: 2.1.1. shipments-billing date; 2.1.2. shipper: (a)); b) full legal address; c) a value added tax payer's registration number, or tax code; 2.1.3. current property to the name of the bank code and account; 2.1.4. the recipient of the goods: (a)) name (physical person – name, surname); (b)) legal address (physical person – the declared place of residence); c) a value added tax payer's registration number or tax payer code of legal person (ID code – a natural person); 2.1.5. the item name, unit of measure, quantity, price and value; 2.1.6. the value added tax rate and amount; 2.1.7. the total amount (in figures and words) on any goods have been issued; 2.1.8. the vendor's name, surname, date of issue, the signature; 2.1.9. consignee's name, last name, date of adoption, signature. -Bill of lading can be used stamps that contain the above properties. -Bill of lading of the goods must be completed legibly, without deletions.
