4. the Republic of Latvia regulatory enactments.

1.5. Available funds available within the activity of public funding is allocated from the FIFG and the national budget resources under the single programming document, the amount of funding provided for under the FIFG Steering Committee approved the allocation of available financial resources.
The total amount of public funding available for the event "balancing" fishing effort "of the activity in the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Riga behind coastal fishing vessels, the transfer of the Division to the non-profit purposes or for use outside the fishery" is posted on the website www.lad.gov.lv and the LADIES of the Ministry of Finance created the website www.esfondi.lv.

The maximum amount of the projects: measure the structural funds provided for funding for each fishing vessel owner in this programming period can be given only once per fishing vessel and does not exceed the maximum specified in the calculation table.

Funding: the project application from total eligible expenditure the FIFG funding is 80% of the public funding budget to 20%.

Funding volume calculation table (table 1): table 1 funding volume calculation table categories of fishing vessels according to the gross tonnage (GT) EUR (0; 10) 11 000/GT + 2 000 [10; 25) 5 000/GT + 62 000 [25; 4/100) + 82 000 200 GT [100; 300) 2/GT + 232 000 700 [2 200-300; 500)/GT + 382 00 500 and over 1 200 + 882 000/GT Structural funding should be reduced : 1.20 to 29-year-old fishing vessels specified in the table amounts are reduced by 1.5% per year over 15 years;
2. If the vessel is older than 30 years, the amounts given in the table are reduced by 22.5%;
3. on the part of the public funding received in total (FIFG) the amount allocated for the modernisation of fishing vessels, and equipment purchase. This part will be calculated by proportionality (pro rata temporis) principle in the five-year period prior to the application of the project in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2792/1999 Article 10 paragraph 4;
4. for all the above amount of funding received by the structural funds the allocated as aid for the fishing vessel owner in cases of temporary suspension of these priorities within the one year period prior to the application of the project.

Calculation example: to calculate the amount of funding, you first need to determine in which of the six categories the vessel. For example, the second category includes those vessels with a gross tonnage of 10 and 25 (not including) tonnes (table square brackets means that a number falls within a given category, but the round brackets means that the figure does not include the given category). So the amount of funding varies depending on the vessel's gross tonnage. This means that if the disposal of the ship's gross tonnage, for example, 15 tonnes, the amount of funding are: + 62 000 5 000 15 000 euro Calculated in 137 Financing = amount is the maximum to which the applicant may be eligible for the project. Analogy can also calculate the amount of funding received by other vessels of gross tonnage.
But the maximum amount shall be reduced by 1.5% for each 1 year over 15 years, if the vessel is from 20 to 29 years old. This means that 20-year-old ship (15 gross tons) funding amount: 137 000 – 1.5% * 137 000 * 5 = 22.5% to EUR 126 725 2. If the vessel is older than 30 years. This means that the 30-year-old ship (15 gross tons) funding amount: 137 000 137 000 – 22.5% = EUR 2 106 175. Eligibility requirements 2.1. Structural Funds project applicant project applicants to this activity is a Latvian ship registry and registered in the Ministry of agriculture in national fisheries management (VZP) fishing vessels included in the list of owners of fishing vessels.

1.5. Available funds available within the activity of public funding is allocated from the FIFG and the national budget resources under the single programming document, the amount of funding provided for under the FIFG Steering Committee approved the allocation of available financial resources.
The total amount of public funding available for the event "balancing" of fishing effort in the Baltic Sea of the activity and the Gulf of Riga coastal fishing vessels in the placing of divisions or non-profit purposes for the use outside the fishery "is posted on the website www.lad.gov.lv and the LADIES of the Ministry of Finance created the website www.esfondi.lv.

Funding volume calculation table (table 1): table 1 funding volume calculation table categories of fishing vessels according to the gross tonnage (GT) EUR (0; 10) 11 000/GT + 2 000 [10; 25) 5 000/GT + 62 000 [25; 4/100) + 82 000 200 GT [100; 300) 2/GT + 232 000 700 [2 200-300; 500)/GT + 382 00 500 and over 1 200 + 882 000/GT Structural funding should be reduced : 1.20 to 29-year-old fishing vessels specified in the table amounts are reduced by 1.5% per year over 15 years;
2. If the vessel is older than 30 years, the amounts given in the table are reduced by 22.5%;
3. on the part of the public funding received in total (FIFG) the amount allocated for the modernisation of fishing vessels, and equipment purchase. This part will be calculated by proportionality (pro rata temporis) principle in the five-year period prior to the application of the project in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2792/1999 Article 10 paragraph 4;
4. for all the above amount of funding received by the structural funds the allocated as aid for the fishing vessel owner in cases of temporary suspension of these priorities within the one year period prior to the application of the project.

Calculation example: to calculate the amount of funding, you first need to determine in which of the six categories the vessel. For example, the first category includes those ships of gross tonnage is from 0 to 10 (not including) tonnes (table square brackets means that a number falls within a given category, but the round brackets means that the figure does not include the given category). So the amount of funding varies depending on the vessel's gross tonnage. This means that if the disposal of the ship's gross tonnage, for example, 5 tonnes, the amount of funding are: 11 000 000 * 5 + 2 = 57 000 EUR Get funding amount is the maximum to which the applicant may be eligible for the project. Analogy can also calculate the amount of funding received by other vessels of gross tonnage.
But the maximum amount shall be reduced by 1.5% for each 1 year over 15 years, if the vessel is from 20 to 29 years old. This means that 20-year-old ship (5 GT) funding amount: 5 000 – 1,5% 57 * 57, 000 = EUR 22.5% 52 725 2. If the vessel is older than 30 years. This means that the 30-year-old ship (5 GT) funding amount: 57 000 – 22.5% 57 000 = EUR 44 175 2. Eligibility requirements 2.1. Structural Funds project applicant project applicants to this activity is a Latvian ship registry and registered in the Ministry of agriculture in national fisheries management (VZP) fishing vessels included in the list of coastal vessel owners, fishing in the Baltic Sea and Gulf of Riga coastal zone and have a commercial fishing licence.
