Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 371 2006 in Riga on May 9 (Mon. No 26) 33 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 22 October 2002, the Regulation No 478 "procedures to be completed, to be recorded and stored in a public official declarations and fill-in and submit the lists of public officials ' Issued in accordance with the law" on prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials "article 20 the fifth subparagraph and article 24, third subparagraph 1. make Cabinet of 22 October 2002, the Regulation No 478" procedures for fill-in to be recorded and stored by public officials and fill out the Declaration and presentation of lists of public officials "(Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 157.; 2003, 105 no) the following amendments: 1. replace the second sentence of point 3.2, the word" public "with the words" associations, enterprises ";
1.2. to replace the words "paragraph 3.3 address" with the words "location (country, City/locality)".
1.3. make 3.5 and 3.6 of the subparagraph as follows: "3.5. giving information about the registered vehicles belonging to it, as well as those vehicles which are in the possession, use, or so that it purchased the leasing contract, details of vehicle type, make, and year of registration of output;
3.6. specifying information about the cash and non-cash provisions, if the amount exceeds the 20 Cabinet's minimum monthly salary, provide information on non-cash stock holder or settlement name and issuing the card identification data. If the clear scriptural money or provisions are made in foreign currency, the currency unit in question. Cash savings amounts also indicate with words; "
1.4. to complement the 3.7 the first sentence after the words "for each type of income" by the words "relevant currency";
1.5. make 3.8, 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11 of the subparagraph as follows: "3.8. showing information about the transactions, if the amount exceeds the 20 Cabinet's minimum monthly salary, provide information on the nature of the transaction and the amount of money in terms of the currency;
3.9. specifying information about your debt, the amount of which exceeds the 20 Cabinet's minimum monthly salary, giving the news just about every debt monetary amount in that currency. Also indicate the amount in words;
3.10. giving information on loans issued, if the loan amount exceeds the 20 Cabinet minimum wage provides only for each loan amount in money terms in the corresponding currency. Also indicate the amount in words;
3.11. specifying other information, details of other facts, which, in the opinion of the applicant, the Declaration refers to his assets, and it changes the declared period and not specified in other sections of the Declaration; "
1.6. make paragraph 4 by the following: "4. in completing the Declaration not be published, the Declaration of the applicant: 4.1 the applicant declaration specifies the name, surname, personal code, declared place of residence and phone number, full public officers jobs and job title, and workplace telephone number;
4.2. information on posts, jobs, business contracts and if the employer mandate, the other Contracting Party or the principal is a natural person, as well as indicate the progress made in the previous year income from natural persons (including persons identification data);
4.3. details of the property (owned), possession or use of existing real estate (also on the property, which it leases from other people and who is in possession of it due to the guardianship or custody of established), indicating the property address;
4.4. the details of the registered vehicles belonging to it, as well as for those vehicles which are in the possession, use, or that it purchased the leasing contract, indicating the State of the vehicle registration number;
4.5 showing information about the transactions, if the amount exceeds the 20 Cabinet's minimum monthly salary, provide information on the extent of the transaction currency and transaction identification data of the parties;
4.6. specifying information about your debt, the amount of which exceeds the 20 Cabinet's minimum monthly salary, provide information on the extent of the debt currency and identification data of the persons who issued the Declaration of the applicant for loan;
4.7 giving information on loans issued, if the loan amount exceeds the 20 Cabinet's minimum monthly salary, provided on each loan amount in that currency and identification data of the persons to whom the applicant Declaration issued loans. ";
1.7. replace the first sentence of paragraph 10, the word "annual" with the words "current year";
1.8. replace paragraph 12, first sentence, the number and the word "15 days" with the word "month";
1.9. to express the point 15 as follows: "15. The law" On Prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials "4 the first paragraph of article 1, paragraph 2 and 3 public officials referred to in the Declaration in electronic form or submitted in writing to the State revenue service's central apparatus, other government officials, the State revenue service territorial authorities concerned, government officials declared home address, where the law provides otherwise. ';
1.10. Express 17, 18 and 19 of the following paragraph: "17. If the law "on prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials" 4 the first paragraph of article 1, paragraph 2 and 3 of the said State officials after their State officials duties end takes up the law "On Prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials" 4 the first paragraph of article 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 24. Article 4, second and third paragraph 2.2 referred to the obligations of public officials, the State revenue service's central apparatus transfer Declaration and the State revenue service territorial authority after government officials declared place of residence address.

18. when the law "on prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials" 4 the first paragraph of article 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 24, paragraph 4, and of article 2.2 in the second part of that State officials after their State officials duties end takes up the law "On Prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials" 4 the first paragraph of article 1. 2, and 3. a government official referred to the obligations of the State revenue service territorial institution concerned shall transmit the Declaration and the State revenue service's central apparatus.
19. State and local authority leaders draw up a list of public officials (annex 2), and in electronic form, or submit them in writing to the State revenue service. If the list is amended, the State revenue service by electronic means or shall be submitted in writing within 15 days. On the amendment of the list of officials also considered the name, surname, address, declared place of residence or workplace change. ";
1.11. the express section 20.2 as follows: "the President's Chancellery 20.2, parliamentary office and head of the State Chancellery" of the law On the prevention of conflicts of interest in the activities of public officials "4 the first paragraph of article 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 24 and the second article 4 and referred to in part 2.2 public official list shall be submitted to the State revenue service territorial institution by the institutions of the place of registration";
1.12. replace paragraph 21, the words "sign or the place of residence declared" with the words "declared home address";
1.13. replace paragraph 22, the word "annual" with the words "current year";
1.14. Express annex 1 as follows: 1. Annex Cabinet of 22 October 2002, the Regulation No 478 1.15. make annex 2 as follows: 2. the annex to Cabinet of 22 October 2002, the Regulation No 478 2. Regulations shall enter into force by 1 July 2006.
