Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 360 in Riga, 2 May 2006 (pr. No 25 13) rules for rail professionals Issued under the Railway Act 37 of the second paragraph of article i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. rail specialist profession;
1.2. rail specialist qualifications and criteria, as well as knowledge or skills testing procedures;
1.3. rail specialist certificate issuance, renewal and cancellation procedures;
1.4. requirements for persons who prepare the rail professionals;
1.5. rail specialist training programmes and technical feature list. 2.
