Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 391, Riga, 16 May 2006 (pr. No 27 39 §) rules on the State specially protected natural objects (specially protected areas) in Sigulda – Latvian city, which is not renewable the former land owner or their heirs the land property right and the land is not privatizējam or movable issued in accordance with the law "on land reform in the cities of the Republic of Latvia" article 12, first paragraph, point 3-1. the provisions establishing the State specially protected natural objects (especially protect the areas gājam) in Sigulda, a town in the Republic of Latvia that is not nojam of the former Marin land owner or their heirs the land property right and the land is not privatizējam or movable.
2. National specially protected natural object (strict nature reserve): Gauja National park in Sigulda, where part of the former land owners or their heirs the land property rights are not renewable and the Earth is not privatizējam — determined in accordance with the provisions of this annex.
