5. Delete subparagraph 10.2 and 10.3.

10.5.2. failure to comply with the provisions of paragraphs 4 and 5 of the requirements laid down;
10.5.3. the family doctor has given an opinion that the person has no medical contraindications, which allows you to receive social rehabilitation services; ".
7. Delete paragraph 10.6. names "and assessment".
8. Replace the introductory paragraph of paragraph 11 in number and the word "10.5." in the number and the word "10.6. under the subheading".
9. Express 11.2. subparagraph by the following: "11.2. decide on: 11.2.1. the supply of services and of service to the person posting to social rehabilitation institution or person reception services you receiving line, or refusal to grant a service;
11.2.2. the commencement of the provision of services and the posting of the issue as a matter of urgency in order for persons with functional impairment after the first medical rehabilitation;
11.2.3. admitted in a separate line of recipients of services, comprising this provision 2.1., 2.2. and 2.3. persons referred to in paragraph; ".
10. Delete paragraph 12.
11. Supplement with 17.1 points as follows: "17.1. These terms and the bottom paragraph 11.2.2 11.2.3. shall enter into force by 1 July 2006."
