Lotteries and gambling supervisory inspection Council (hereinafter Council) is a consultative body whose purpose is to promote public interest, lotteries, gambling and the lottery market development and stability. II. the Council functions, tasks and rights 2. The functions of the Council is to coordinate and promote the national administrations, public organizations, non-governmental organizations and the organizer of the gambling activity, as well as cooperation of the lotteries, gambling and the lottery market in the area of supervision and control. 3. the Council functions and tasks carried out in the gambling and Lotteries for statutory competencies and rights conferred as well: 3.1 examine the proposals for legislative projects lotteries, gambling and Lotteries organization;
3.2. establish the priority lines of action to promote the lotteries, gambling and the lottery market development and stability;
3.3 assess lotteries, gambling and lottery organization compliance with the public, as well as the interests of the child. 4. the Council shall have the following rights: 4.1 to propose necessary policy planning documents and draft laws relating to lotteries, gaming and lottery organization;
4.2. According to competence to request and receive, free of charge from national and municipal authorities, as well as from non-governmental organizations for the information;
4.3. meetings of the Council to call on the professionals – government agencies, local authorities and representatives of non-governmental organizations. III. structure of the Council and Management Board 5 creates a gambling and lotteries in accordance with the statutory requirements. 6. The President of the Council is the representative of the Ministry of finance. 7. the President of the Council in the absence of the President, his duties shall be authorized by the Council. 8. the President of the Council and Council members in the Council are not rewarded. IV. Organization of the work of the Council and decision of the President of the Council: 9 9.1. approve the agenda of the Council;
9.2. convene and chair the meetings of the Council;
9.3. the signature of the Council decisions Council meeting minutes, and other documents of the Council. 10. the Board meetings in an advisory capacity to constantly take part in Lotteries and gambling supervisory inspection chiefs. 11. meetings of the Council with the right to participate in the Advisory Council or Council members invite people. 12. the Council are valid if they participate in the hearing not less than three members of the Council. 13. the Council meeting shall be held not less than four times per year. 14. questions for consideration by the Council is entitled to propose any member of the Council. 15. the Council decision adopted by a majority, vote. If the vote splits equal, the Chairman of the Board shall have a casting vote. 16. The decisions of the Council's recommendations. 17. the minutes of the Council. Recorded in the agenda and decisions, as well as persons who have participated in the hearing, and persons who have reported on the matter. The minutes shall be signed by the President and the Registrar. Within five working days after the meeting is sent to all members of the Council. 18. If the Council does not agree with the decision of the Council, he shall within three working days of the receipt of the Protocol to make their views known in writing and ask them to add the minutes. 19.
