4.4 waste and hazardous substances are stored and handled in a manner to prevent contamination. 5. the product manufacturer provides product quantity produced records for the season. 6. the manufacturer of the products, the quantities of products produced the records kept in the year after the date of delivery of the products and shall, on request, be produced to the food and veterinary service officer or the product recipient. III. Health conditions of wild berries, fruit, nuts, mushrooms and plant collection for direct supply to the final consumer 7. Wild berries, fruits, nuts, mushrooms and plants collected in a clean container and protected from pollution all harvesting, storage and transport phases. 8.
