General questions 1. determines the order in which the European Commission submitted electronically in support of programs and projects of individual aid applications and grant and revoke the aid application electronic systems use rights.
2. 5. the local system administrator is the Ministry of finance or the Ministry of agriculture information system specialist. III. 12. 17. 18. 20. the Ministry of Agriculture made the aid scheme or individual aid project preliminary examination of the application of the Treaty establishing the European Community listed in annex 1 of the agricultural products, as well as fishery and forestry products, but to support the Ministry of finance — other commercial activities to support the sector.

IV. System (apes) the granting of rights of use and cancellation

24. 27. 29.3. the user perform actions that weaken the system (AP) security.
