Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 501 in Riga, 20 June 2006 (pr. No 33 60) the order in which the management of the structural funds in the participating institutions provide the monitoring and evaluation of the structural funds Issued in accordance with the management of the structural funds of the European Union article 16 of the law on the first part of paragraph 6 1. determines the order in which the management of the structural funds in the participating institutions provide the monitoring and evaluation of the structural funds. 2. the intermediate level, the second level intermediate and payment authority shall draw up a report on the measures to be co-financed by the structural funds and the implementation of activities or the use of the structural funds, as well as analyse the problems in the implementation of the structural funds and provide proposals for the improvement of the implementation of the structural funds (hereinafter report). 3. the first level of the intermediate report (annex 1) shall prepare and submit to the leading authority twice a year by sending them in writing and electronically to the managing authority designated electronic mail address: 3.1 to 1 September. The report shall contain information for the period from 1 January to 30 June;
3.2. until March 1. The report shall contain information on the period of the previous financial year 1 July to 31 December. 4. the second level intermediate (annex 2) and payment authority (hereinafter authority) (annex 3) shall prepare and submit a report to the managing body four times a year by sending them in writing and electronically to the managing authority designated electronic mail address: 4.1 to 1 May. The report shall contain information for the period from 1 January to 31 March;
4.2. to 1 august. The report shall contain information for the period from 1 April to 30 June;
4.3. to 1 November. The report shall contain information for the period from 1 July to 30 September;
4.4. until 1 February.
