Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 524 Riga, 27 June 2006 (pr. No 34 32) the order in which the State joint stock company "Latvian state roads" oversees the municipal road, the company and a house in road construction, reconstruction and maintenance of the Issued in accordance with the law "on the road" 7. the second paragraph of article 1. determines the order in which the State joint stock company "Latvian state roads" oversees the municipal road, the company and a house in road construction and reconstruction, as well as routine maintenance and periodic maintenance (road works) compliance with legislative requirements.
2. monitoring of road work, performing technical audits and draw up a technical audit Act (hereinafter Act). The Act specifies the following: 2.1 the technical audit date and place;
2.2. information on the national joint stock company "Latvian state roads" representative, who has made technical audit of road work (title, first name and last name, business address and telephone number);
2.3. information about the owner of the road;
2.4. information on entrepreneurs who have run the road;
2.5. the road work (object) name and the address;
2.6. road work (object) them;
2.7. road work (object) the source of funds;
2.8. technical regulations, standards and violations of provisions (if any);
2.9. public joint stock company "Latvian state roads" decision;
2.10. the time limit for the said infringement inevitably (if any).
3. technical audit is road work verification technical regulations, standards and requirements ….
4. Technical audit by the State joint stock company "Latvian state roads" driver designated official.
5. public joint stock company "Latvian state roads" law submitted to the municipal road, the company or the owner of the House the way the host that performs road work and public būvinspekcij.
6. public joint stock company "Latvian state roads": 6.1. routine maintenance work related to monitoring shall be carried out once a year;
6.2. the construction, reconstruction and maintenance work related to monitoring shall be carried out once the work progresses.
7. The municipal road, the company and the House is the responsibility of the owner of the road: 7.1. State joint stock company "Latvian state roads" to present the necessary documents relating to road works;
7.2. after receipt of the Act prevent the listed technical regulations, standards and provisions in the Act breaches of time limits, as well as to stop road works on the object concerned, as determined by the State joint stock company "Latvian state roads" decision;
7.3. the three working days after the Act specified in the technical regulations, standards and the prevention provisions to give the State joint stock company "Latvian state roads" with the appropriate information.
8. public joint stock company "Latvian state roads" in the five working days following the municipal road, the company or the owner of the House the way of receipt of the information provided by the checks that are specified in the Act are avoided.
9. public joint stock company "Latvian state roads" the results of the check mark in the law.
10. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of 25 august 1998, the provisions of no. 316 "the order in which the national road service monitors the local road, a company (company a) roads and houses, road construction and maintenance of a trukcij rekon ' (Latvian journal, 1998, 246./247.nr.; 2005, nr. 84).
