3. The Ministry of defence until September 1, 2006 to inform the municipality in whose territory is situated in the protection zone around the country's protection of objects of property affected this strip.
4. Local authorities by 31 December 2006 assess compliance with the Planning Act and Zone requirements of these provisions. If the non-compliance found, the municipality shall adopt a decision on the amendment of the planning.
