General questions 1. determines the State border guard of the first soldier's profession standard. 2. State border guard junior officer profession standard is designed 4. professional qualification level. 3. State border guard junior officer profession standard requirements apply to educational programs development and implementation of national border guard junior officer qualification. II. Description of the action 4. 6.2.4. to take a decision on the treatment of border or border monitoring effort in the 24-hour term, amend the decision taken or to adopt a new decision if the situation has changed;
6.2.5. the border guard assignments briefing;
6.2.6. implement border surveillance measures at national border guard unit;
6.2.7. control of border surveillance procedure;
6.2.8. to organize the compilation of the results of the border (Exchange or a day) and data entry State border guard information systems;
6.2.9. analyse the results of the 24-hour border surveillance and to provide proposals for the improvement of the situation;
6.2.10. requires you to manage the border guard unit in crisis and in time of war;
6.3. the obligation to organise the conditions of residence of foreigners control and perform the following tasks: 6.3.1. to organize the conditions of stay of foreigners in the territory of immigration control monitoring;
6.3.2. to organize the foreigners detention, interviewing, and convoy protection, staying illegally in the Republic of Latvia;
6.3.3. organize their expulsion from the country of foreigners illegally present in the Republic of Latvia;
6.3.4. to interview and identify asylum seekers, design documents and sending them by jurisdiction;
6.3.5. an assessment of the situation in connection with the illegal residence of foreigners in the Republic of Latvia;
6.3.6. the Immigration Department's action plan for combating illegal migration, collect and analyze tasks;
6.3.7. organize and manage the Immigration Department staff briefing;
6.3.8. organize Immigration Service staff training and staff duties;
6.3.9. organize and complete the service of documents;
6.3.10. analyse the results of the Immigration Department and make suggestions to improve the situation;
6.4. the obligation to ensure the management of the staff and perform the following tasks: 6.4.1. evaluate subordinate personnel performance, decide to subordinate personnel awards or punishment;
6.4.2. to plan long-term personnel service;
6.5. the obligation to cooperate with the legal and natural persons and perform the following tasks: 6.5.1. to plan cooperation with legal and natural persons;
6.5.2. organize cooperation and exchanges of information on operational activities with national border guard cooperation institutions, the border services of neighbouring countries, as well as local and regional authorities;
6.5.3. organize cooperation with citizens;
6.5.4. implement measures for mutual assistance with legal and natural persons;
6.6. the obligation to manage vocational training and staff perform the following tasks: 6.6.1. a subordinate staff training plan;
6.6.2. organize a subordinate staff training and knowledge;
6.6.3. organise educational measures national treatment;
6.6.4 identify the professional training of border guards;
6.6.5. provide the latest border trick introduction in practice;
6.7. the obligation to prepare the documentation and perform the following tasks: 6.7.1. prepare documents according to the recordkeeping requirements;
6.7.2. fill service documentation according to the requirements of the law;
6.7.3. to prepare documents required by technical means;
