(hereinafter Directive 96/68/EC), and annexes I and II of the Commission of 16 May 2001, Directive 2001/36/EC amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market (Official Journal of the European Union, 01.05.2004, 03/11 volume, p. 330) (hereinafter referred to as Directive 2001/36/EC) of annex I and II to the results obtained by the evaluation according to the Council of 22 September 1997 Directive 97/57/EC establishing the provisions of Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market (annex VI) (Official Journal of the European Union, 01.05.2004, 03/21 volume, p. 450) (hereinafter referred to as Directive 97/57/EC), attachment and the Council of 14 March 2005, the Directive 2005/25/EC amending Annex VI to Directive 91/414/EEC as regards plant protection products containing micro-organisms (Official Journal of the European Union, 08.04.2005., L 90/1) (hereinafter referred to as Directive 2005/25/EC), attachment of plant protection products set out in the requirements for risk assessment and decision making criteria on all planned usage-specific circumstances and consequences evidenced that the use of the plant protection product according to the indications in the labelling, good plant protection practice and of integrated pest management principles: ";
1.2. make the introductory part of point 4.3 as follows: "4.3. in accordance with the provisions of Directive 97/57/EC and Directive 2005/25/EC annex the requirements and evaluation criteria for the acceptance of the decision is evidence that:";

10. If the trials, studies and analyses shall be carried out using a method other than that referred to in annex II to Directive 91/414, Directive 93/71/EEC, in annex I to Directive 94/37/EC, in annex I to Directive 94/79/EC, in annex I to Directive 95/35/EC, Directive 95/36/EC, in annex I to Directive 96/12/EC, in annex I to Directive 96/46/EC, in annex I to Directive 96/68/EC in annex I , Directive 2001/36/EC and in annex I to Directive 91/414 annex III to, Directive 93/71/EEC, annex II and annex III to Directive 94/37/EC, annex II, Directive 94/79/EC, annex II, Directive 95/35/EC, Directive 95/36/EC, in annex II to Directive 96/12/EC, in annex II to Directive 96/48/EC, annex II, Directive 96/68/EC or in annex II of Directive 2001/37/EC, annex II , or is a derogation from these methods, the applicant shall submit the registration service and after service of the request, the description of the method used, as well as a document showing that the method used is an internationally recognized or standardized in the country concerned.
11. If, taking into account the characteristics of the plant protection product or intended use, in accordance with the provisions of Directive 91/414 annex II, Directive 93/71/EEC, annex I of the Directive 94/37/EC, annex I of the Directive 94/79/EC, annex I to Directive 95/35/EC, Directive 95/36/EC, annex I to Directive 96/12/EC, in annex I to Directive 96/48/EC, annex I to Directive 96/68/EC, annex I , Directive 2001/36/EC, in annex I to Directive 91/414 annex III to, Directive 93/71/EEC, annex II and annex III to Directive 94/37/EC annex II, Directive 94/79/EC annex II, Directive 95/35/EC, Directive 95/36/EC, annex II to Directive 96/12/EC annex II, Directive 96/46/EC, annex II to Directive 96/68/EC and annex II of Directive 2001/37/EC annex II, information provided is not complete or in accordance with the laws of science it is not necessary to provide or, technically it is not possible to obtain such information, the applicant shall submit the registration services. ";

1.8. make 30.1.4. subparagraph 30.1.3. and by the following: "30.1.3. or, on the basis of the information submitted for plant protection products containing the active substances listed in the European Community registered in the list of active substances, it is possible to prepare Directive 97/57/EC and Directive 2005/25/EC requirements laid down in the annex, according to the assessment of plant protection products in compliance with the rules referred to in paragraph 4;
30.1.4. information submitted and request the submission of additional information within the time limit set by the authorities, of not more than 30 days if, on the basis of the relevant information, it is not possible to prepare the assessment according to Directive 97/57/EC and Directive 2005/25/EC, the requirements set out in the annex; ';

";
