No 37 19. §) rules on stamp duty on air transport license or special aviation work licence issued in accordance with the law "on the air" 82. the third paragraph of article 1 the rules laid down in national toll to get license for air traffic rights or license for the rights to make a special aviation jobs, and the arrangements for payment of the fee. 2. to obtain the license for the right to take the air service, the air carrier pays a State fee of 100 lats. 3. to get the license for the right to carry out special aviation jobs, aviation analyst at special work pays a State fee of 100 lats. 4. For this rule in paragraph 2 and 3 of the said licence extension or renewal of State fee payable 10 lats. 5. a State fee shall be paid upon notification of this rule 2 or 3 licence referred to in paragraph 1, but before receiving a licence, through non-cash settlement. Licensee shall produce proper proof of payment. 6. State fee for this provision in paragraph 2 or 3 of that licence, renewal or extension of the activities included in the national budget.
