16.6. the payphone number (a number that is assigned to the pay phone);
16.7. virtual private network number (a number that is assigned to the user);
16.8. the public radiocommunications network numbers (numbers that are assigned to the Subscriber);
16.9. virtual mail number (a number that is assigned to a user or service).
17. in addition to the provisions referred to in point 16 Merchant shall provide the following information: Directorate 17.1. for geographical numbers: 17.1.1. unlock the subscriber numbers in each national number area on the last day of the month (a number that was previously assigned to the Subscriber, was turned off, and within three months was not assigned to other subscribers);
17.1.2. unlock the subscriber numbers in each national number area on the last day of the month (a number that was previously assigned to the Subscriber, was turned off for more than three months and was not assigned to other subscribers);
