V. the use of numbering resources 13. Merchant, you have the right to use the numbering, numbering resources are used in accordance with the national numbering plan, applying the equivalent conditions equivalent conditions and forcing technical barriers or requirements related to the interoperability of electronic communications services, electronic communications services or for the provision of electronic communications services, if the Subscriber requests a save of the public telephone network number by changing the public phone network operator.
14. Merchant stores and restores the information referred to in these provisions for the use of numbering.

16.2. for public mobile telephone network numbers: 16.2.1. Subscribers shall use the number assigned;
16.2.2. using existing user numbers (numbers used when using prepaid cards and the use of the term has not expired);
16.2.3. using the existing number to technical needs;
16.2.4. use existing roaming numbers;
16.3. free call service number (a number that is assigned to a user for the purposes of providing the service in question);
16.4. distributed charge number (a number that is assigned to a user for the purposes of providing the service in question);
16.5. the fee of the service number (a number that is assigned to a user for the purposes of providing the service in question);
16.6. the payphone number (a number that is assigned to the pay phone);
16.7. virtual private network number (a number that is assigned to the user);
16.8. the public radiocommunications network numbers (numbers that are assigned to the Subscriber);
16.9. virtual mail number (a number that is assigned to a user or service).
17. in addition to the provisions referred to in point 16 Merchant shall provide the following information: Directorate 17.1. for geographical numbers: 17.1.1. unlock the subscriber numbers in each national number area on the last day of the month (a number that was previously assigned to the Subscriber, was turned off, and within three months was not assigned to other subscribers);
17.1.2. unlock the subscriber numbers in each national number area on the last day of the month (a number that was previously assigned to the Subscriber, was turned off for more than three months and was not assigned to other subscribers);
17.2. the public mobile telephone network numbers: 17.2.1. unlock the subscriber numbers on the last day of the month (a number that had been assigned to subscribers or services were disabled, and within three months was not assigned to other subscribers or services);
17.2.2. unlock the subscriber numbers on the last day of the month (a number that had been assigned to subscribers or services were disabled and more than three months will not be allocated to other subscribers or services);
17.2.3. unused subscriber number, the number of the last day of the month (subscriber numbers, prepared to use subscriber identification modules modules SIM or other identification, but not yet plugged in use and is located in the warehouse or at the point of sale);
17.2.4. unlock the number of users, the number of the last day of the month (a number that had been assigned to the users or services that were disabled, and within three months was not assigned to other users or services);
17.2.5. unlock the number of users, the number of the last day of the month (a number that had been assigned to the users or services that were disabled and more than three months will not be granted to other users or services);
17.2.6. unused user number the number of the last day of the month (subscriber numbers, prepared to use subscriber identification modules modules SIM or other identification, but not yet plugged in use and is located in the warehouse or at the point of sale);
17.3. the virtual private network numbers: 17.3.1. unlock the number of users, the number of the last day of the month (a number that had been assigned to the user, were disabled, and within three months was not assigned to other users);
17.3.2. unlock the number of users, the number of the last day of the month (a number that had been assigned to the users, was shut down and more than three months will not be granted to other users);
17.4. the public radiocommunications network numbers: 17.4.1. unlock the subscriber numbers on the last day of the month (a number that was previously assigned to the Subscriber, was turned off, and within three months was not assigned to other subscribers or services);
17.4.2. unlock the subscriber number is the number of the last day of the month (a number that was previously assigned to the Subscriber, was turned off for more than three months and was not assigned to other subscribers or services);
17.5. about the public phone network operator service codes: 17.5.1. use public telephone network operators service the code "11X", "12 x", "13X", "", "14 x 15 x 17 x" three "and" the digital numbers on the last day of the month;
17.5.2. use public telephone network operator service code "18XX" four-digit format, the number on the last day of the month.
18. in order to create and maintain a database numbering resources, the merchant electronically (Extensible Markup Language XML format) shall provide the following information in the Direc tion: 18.1. 19. The merchant electronically once a day (the Extensible Markup Language XML) provides the Directorate with information on the number of subscribers received the number portability service.
20. the Directorate provides the Commission with access to numbering resources in the database, so that the Commission can make these rules 4, 7 and 11 above, as well as for information on the numbering resource efficiency.
21. the information provided by the Operators of the numbers is the limited availability of information and cannot be disclosed to third parties.
