Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 638, Riga, 1 august 2006 (pr. No 40 51. §) rules on open submission contest project "establishment of associations of forest owners ' Guidelines Issued under the management of the structural funds of the European Union law article 16, first paragraph, points 11 and 12 of rule 1 defines the open project submission contest" creating associations of forest owners ' guidelines.
2. Open tender preparation and progress in accordance with the guidelines in annex 1 of these rules.
3. the applicant shall submit the draft structural funds project submission (annex 2) field support service.
