No 40 1) rules for the 2006/2007 school year and term start and end time are Issued in accordance with the General Education Act, article 4, paragraph 1, rule 16 is determined for the 2006/2007 school year and the term of the start and end time of those general educational institutions that implement the general primary education and general secondary education programs. 2. the school year starts on September 1, 2006. 3. class 1-8 and 10-11 grade learners of the school year ending 31 May 2007. 9. class 4 learners learning ends 18 May 2007, but the school year ends June 8, 2007. 5.12. class learners learning ends 18 May 2007, but the school year ends June 15, 2007. 6. the school year consists of two semesters: the first semester 6.1 lasts from 1 September 2006 to 22 December 2006;
6.2. the second semester lasts: 6.2.1.1.-8. classes and class 10-11 learners-from 8 January 2007 to 31 May 2007;
6.2.2.9. class learners-from January 8, 2007 to June 8, 2007;
6.2.3. for class 12 students-from 8 January 2007 until 15 June. 7. Students during the school year are as follows: 7.1 autumn holiday holidays-from the 2006 23 October to 27 October 2006;
7.2. The Christmas holidays-from 23 December 2006 to 5 January 2007;
7.3. spring holidays-2007 30 March to 5 April 2007;
7.4. summer holidays 1.-8. classes and class 10-11 learners-from 1 June 2007 to 31 august 2007. 8. the education authority alone shall decide on one week additional holidays class 1 learners. Additional holiday organised by second semester. 9. Education Authority alone shall decide on the project for the duration of the week. Project weeks organized in the second semester. 10. If during the school year due to particular circumstances hamper the educational process (for example, natural adverse effect on learning processes, mass disease), founder of an educational institution after the evaluation of the situation, decide on the extension of the school year 1-8. classes and class 10-11 learners.
