No 41 24) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 May 2001, Regulation No 217 of the "regulations on forest protection measures and emergency call in the forest" Issued in accordance with article 28 of the law of the forest to make a Cabinet of 29 May 2001, Regulation No 217 of the "regulations on forest protection measures and emergency call in the forest" (Latvian journal, 2001, 85, 105 no; 2004, nr. 152; 2005, 46, no. 206) the following amendments 1. Delete paragraph 6.
2. Deleting the introductory part of paragraph 7, the words "other type of growing conditions in forests".
3. Add to chapter II with 13.1 points by the following: "13.1 If wind toppled and broken an ash and conifers (except in dry trees) volume (if it exceeds eight centimetres in diameter) of five cubic metres per hectare, they nozāģējam, atzarojam and sagarumojam or protected against pests of the trunk during the year, no later than April 1, except when wind toppled and broken trees are located in mikroliegumo or forest habitats who are you mikroliegum.
