Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 700 in Riga august 29, 2006 (pr. No 44 5. §) rules for the administration of national experts and the maximum amount of remuneration from the public budget allocations from general revenue funded international assistance projects Issued under Cabinet installations of article 14 of the law in the first part of paragraph 3 of rule 1 shall be determined by national or administering the maximum amount of remuneration of labor day from the State budget allocations from general revenue funded international assistance projects and international civilian missions the purpose of which is to provide assistance to States which are not members of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as the international assistance project). Other costs associated with participation in international assistance projects shall be covered under the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 May 2002, the Regulation No 219 "order in which recoverable with the missions and the staff of travel-related expenses". 2. the meaning of these provisions national experts shall be divided into the following categories: the first category 2.1. national experts-with professional experience in the relevant field of one to three years;
2.2. category 2 national experts-with professional experience in the relevant field from three to five years;
2.3. category national experts-with professional experience in the field in question, more than five years. 3. If the international aid project implementation duration is up to 10 business days, maximum consideration to the national expert is fixed at: 3.1 category 1 national expert-50 lats on working days;
3.2. category 2 national expert-70 dollars on labor day;
3.3. category national expert-90 Lats per working day. 4. If international assistance project duration is from 11 to 30 working days, the maximum remuneration of the national expert is fixed at: 4.1 category national expert-35 Lats per working day;
4.2. the second category of the national expert-50 lats on working days;
4.3. category national expert-63 late in the business day. 5. If international assistance project duration is from 31 to 90 working days, maximum consideration to the national expert is fixed at: 5.1 category national expert-24 Lats per working day;
5.2. category 2 national expert-35 Lats per working day;
5.3. category national expert-44 late on the day. 6. If the international aid project implementation duration is 91 work day and more, the maximum remuneration of the national expert is fixed at: 6.1. category national expert-17 Lats per working day;
6.2. the second category of the national expert-24 Lats per working day;
6.3. the third category of the national expert-31 late on the day. 7. to administer international aid projects, running the national expert, maximum consideration for the work day is 10% of the national experts on labor day. 8.
