No 36 52) information system of construction rules Issued in accordance with article 5 of the law on construction of the first paragraph of point 6 (I). General questions 1. Exchange of information to be included in the system or access involves the following members: 4.1 system administrator and its subordinated institutions; 4.2. the sectoral ministries – the Ministry of defence, Ministry of finance, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of transport, the Ministry of culture, the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of welfare, the environment and regional development Ministry, the Ministry of agriculture – and their subordinated institutions; 4.3. the authorities and their subordinated institutions; 4.4. the competence of the būvspeciālist inspection bodies; 4.5. independent experts in the field of energy performance of buildings; 4.6 the public service Regulatory Commission; 4.7. public service providers; 4.8. the State limited liability company "Ministry of agriculture real estate"; 4.9. the national joint stock company "Latvian state roads"; 4.10. The construction of the national control Office; 4.11. other institutions, which the information current of delegated legislation. 5. The system, using the embedded technical and logical solutions and information resources (software), to ensure information availability, transfer and Exchange only to the extent that those individuals, members and institutions, which are entitled to receive and use according to the requirements of the law.
II. If the service is a payment to be made by filling in these rules referred to in paragraph 9 of the special online form, the system provides users with the opportunity to make a payment online through the State regional development agency of the national system of information sharing savietotāj payment module. 12. the system provides users with the ability to sign electronic documents with secure electronic signature and time stamp digital document in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law. 13. the system shall provide a paper or electronic document registration, storage of the document the following information: 13.1. document date; 13.2. the document's registration number; 13.3. the document type; 13.4. the author of the document; 13.5. the document recipient; 8.5. date of transmission of the document; 12.7. starting time of dispatch (only electronic format document); 13.8. document file; 13.9. the document file name; 13.10. the title of the document. 14. The provisions referred to in paragraph 4, the members, in accordance with the laws and regulations are responsible for entering information into the system, provide a paper submitted to the information referred to in the document input system.

ID code or unified registration number; 18.2.3. sign the "aliens" and the provisions referred to in paragraph 40; 18.2.4. the declared, or persons registered in the specified home address or registered office; 18.2.5. telephone number; 18.2.6. electronic mail address; 18.3. the legal person of the specified contact person: 18.3.1. name, surname; 18.3.2. The system of the land unit the following information is stored: 19.1. land cadastral designation of the unit; 19.2. ground unit address, if one has been assigned; 19.3. the owner of the land unit or, if not, the legal possessor and user, if any, name, surname, personal code, or a legal person, the name and the registration number; 19.4. the land area of the unit; 19.5. other information according to the construction of laws and regulatory requirements. 20. the system of pirmsreģistrējam construction is accumulated the following: 20.1. land cadastral designation of the unit, which will be based in pirmsreģistrējam structure; 20.2. building cadastral designation, if the existing distribution structures in multiple projects or multiple facilities combine into one building; 20.3. construction points (buildings and engineering structures, only one point, the point of construction, linear engineering structures two shipbuilding points (start and end), but if the construction route is not a continuous line, you can specify additional points); 20.4. the planned construction around the location of the point X, Y coordinates of 1992 Latvia in geodetic coordinate system, expressed as a transversal Mercator projection plane coordinates (LK-92 TM); 20.5. building name; 20.6. construction surface floors; 20.7. construction of underground floors; 12.9. construction building area; 20.9. construction outer wall material. 21. the system of construction is accumulated, the following information: 21.1. building cadastral designation; 21.2. land cadastral designation of the unit on which the building is situated or partly; 21.3. the Housing Office if construction is addressing the object; 21.4. building construction types; 21.5. the conformity of the construction works for the breakdown according to the General provisions of annex 1; 21.6. the main uses of the building or civil engineering works on the route of administration; 21.7. type of construction; 21.8. building name; 13.6. number of point structures (buildings and engineering structures, only one point, the point of construction, linear engineering structures two shipbuilding points (start and end), but if the construction route is not a continuous line, you can specify additional points); 21.10. the planned construction around the location of the point X, Y coordinates of 1992 Latvia in geodetic coordinate system, expressed as a transversal Mercator projection plane coordinates (LK-92 TM); 21.11. construction surface floors; 21.12. construction of underground floors; 21.13. number of housing construction; 21.14. building volume indicators (type, quantity, unit of measure, name); 21.15. bearing design and decoration (constructive element type, element of the design of the constructive kind and constructive element material); 21.16. the degree of ugunsnoturīb; 21.17. construction height above ground level; 21.18. the energy efficiency class; 21.19. engineering equipment (type and amount, if any); 21.20. external inženiertīkl (way of route length, surface, underground part part, technical specification); 21.21. sign "building torn down/not survived"; 21.22. owner or, failing that, the legal possessor and user, if any, name, surname, personal code, or the name of a legal person, the unified registration number, or a sign of "alien" and the provision of information referred to in paragraph 40; 21.23. other information according to the construction of laws and regulatory requirements. 22. the system of the group are collected the following information: 22.1. group by cadastral designation; 22.2. building cadastral designation, which contains the space group; 22.3. the space group address, if one has been assigned; 22.4. room groups construction type; 22.5. groups use; 22.6. the degree of ugunsnoturīb; 14.1. the energy efficiency class; 22.8. engineering equipment (type and amount, if any); 14.2. the owner or, if not, the legal possessor and user, if any, name, surname, personal code, or the name of a legal person, the unified registration number, or a sign of "alien" and the provision of information referred to in paragraph 40; 22.10. other information according to the construction of laws and regulatory requirements. 23. Article 24 of the law on construction of the second part and these rules 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of that information is entered into the system (if it is not received from other national information systems) from the construction period until the adoption of the initiation into the appropriate housing for the stage of the construction process.

District (City) courts; 26.1.3. land registry department name; 26.1.4. land register name; 26.1.5. the number of the partition of the land; 26.1.6. subdivision number; 26.1.7. property cadastre number; 26.1.8. property name; 26.1.9. location entries; 26.2. in part I of the land register details of immovable property; 16.3. partition of the land register part II details of the owner of the immovable property; 16.4. partition of the land register part III information about the burdens of immovable property; 26.5. land register part IV bin news about real estate debts. 27. public limited liability company "Ministry of agriculture real estate" system of reclamation cadastre information system online provides information according to the laws and regulations in the area of reclamation cadastre. 28. the citizenship and migration affairs administration system of the population register online provides the following information as well as provide it data monitoring service: 28.1. code of; 28.2. the person's name (name), surname; 28.3., registered or declared in the persons home address; 28.4. the personal status (dead, asset, liability); 28.5. death date; 28.6. details of the person's capacity limitations or capacity constraints. 29.
