No 38 15) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 3 February 2015 Regulation No 59 of the "national and EU aid modalities for encouraging investment in agriculture" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph 3.1 and make the Cabinet of 3 February 2015 Regulation No 59 of the "national and EU aid modalities for encouraging investment in agriculture" (Latvian journal, 2015, No 29) follows : 1. Express 1.1. subparagraph by the following: "1.1. to delete the partial interest primary agricultural producers, agricultural service cooperatives, agricultural products processing, as well as fisheries operators and the processing of the fishery products;". 2. Supplement with 3.3.3. subparagraph by the following: "3.3.3. applicants engaged in fishing and fishing products;". 3. Express 8.3. subparagraph by the following: "8.3. the tenderer with the judgment of the Court of Justice has declared insolvency proceedings or the judgment of the Court is the legal protection process, or by a decision of the Court of Justice is an out-of-court redress process, or bankruptcy, or the restoration of a suitable composition, or its economic activity is terminated, whether it conforms to the law laid down criteria to be applied at the request of creditors in insolvency proceedings;". 4. Replace paragraph 9, the number "33" with numbers and words ", and" 21.3 21.3 21.2. 5. Delete paragraph 10.1., the words "this provision 8.1., 8.2. and 8.5. referred to requirements not evaluated, if the beneficiary is a natural person, farm, society or Foundation." 6. Delete paragraph 10.2. 7. Replace the 11.5 in the number "33" with numbers and words ", and" 21.3 21.3 21.2. 8. To supplement the provisions under section 11.6.1 as follows: "the provisions of paragraph 21.3 11.6.1 the aid paid shall not exceed the Commission's 27 June 2014, regulations (EC) no 717/2014 for the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union and article 107.108. application of the de minimis aid for the fisheries and aquaculture sector (Official Journal of the European Union by 2014 28 June, no. L 190) (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation No 717/2014) article 3 (2) the amount of the aid specified in one single company in accordance with Commission Regulation No 717/2014 2. paragraph 2 of article; ". 9. Make the following point 7.3.: "7.3. To supplement the provisions of this paragraph 11.10: "11.10. the decision referred to in these provisions to grant de minimis aid or exclusions shall adopt, pursuant to Commission Regulation No 1407/2013 article 1, paragraph 1 of Commission Regulation No 717/2014 article 1 and paragraph 1 of Commission Regulation No 1408/2013 article 1 paragraph 1 of the above sectors and operating restrictions." 11. Delete and 27.1. section 17.1. 12.
