Such proof may be recognised only where the following conditions are true: 12.4.1. the vehicle is articulated (identifiable) by a Member State of the European Union adopted European Union granted the type-approval documentation of the separate components; 12.4.2. the Assembly of the vehicle in question has been carried out at the factory, referred to a Member State of the European Union adopted European Union granted the type-approval documentation; 12.4.3. the make and trade description of vehicle (model or type) corresponds to a Member State of the European Union adopted European Union granted a type-approval mark referred to in the documentation and trade name (type or model); 12.5. CSDD recognized technical service issued a specific pattern evidence for a specific vehicle for the individual components (parameter) compliance with a European Union directive or regulation or the provisions of the United Nations. 13. at the request of CSDD in addition need to submit documentation (photos, drawings), proving that vehicle compliance with the above requirements. 14. the CSDD submit copies of documents, presentation of the originals.
