General questions 1. determines: 1.1. procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" specific support 9.1.1 the objective "to increase the existing disadvantaged unemployed people into the labour market" (hereinafter referred to as the objective) 9.1.1.3. measure "Support for social entrepreneurship" (hereinafter measure); 1.2. the objectives of the measure; 1.3. in the event the funds available; 1.4. the requirements of the European Social Fund project for the applicant and partner; 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. the simplified conditions of application costs and order; 1.7. the agreement for the implementation of a project of cooling-off unilateral conditions; 1.8. with the receipt of State aid related conditions. 2. objective of the measure is to establish and test the optimal solutions to social enterprise creation and development, including the integration of social businesses to increase employment opportunities for disadvantaged unemployed persons in persons with disabilities and persons with mental disabilities. 3. in the event the target group are: 3.1 economic operators, associations and foundations (hereinafter referred to as the participant); 3.2. natural persons, which plans to launch social entrepreneurship (social start-ups); 3.3. the existing disadvantaged unemployed, long-term unemployed, older unemployed persons (older than 54 years), unemployed persons who have dependents, and unemployed persons with disabilities; 3.4. persons with disabilities and persons with mental disabilities. 4. III. eligible activities and costs 17. measures eligible under the following: 17.1. public awareness-raising measures for social enterprises, their relevance and potential contribution to economic growth and social development, as well as such social enterprise support system building activities (such as information and education measures, discussions, tutorials); 17.2. the social enterprise support systems development: 17.2.1. signs of social enterprises, the selection criteria and the methodology for their application development, as well as the beneficiary and the partners in the training; 17.2.2. event registry prototype development and operation; 17.2.3. social business support tools and support the development of the methodology, as well as the beneficiary and the partners in the training; 17.3. social business start-up promotion: 17.3.1. social business ideas contest organizing; 17.3.2. the provision of social counselling start-ups business plan development; 17.4. the social enterprise support tools and the social start-ups of business plans; 17.5. the interim evaluation of the measures and proposals of the legal framework and the improvement of aid; 10.9. information and publicity measures for the implementation of a project; 17.7. Management and implementation of the project. 18. Event planning positions the following costs: 18.1. direct eligible costs; 18.2. indirect eligible costs; 18.3. the unexpected costs. 19. The rules referred to in point 18.1 of the direct eligible costs include the following cost items: 19.1. direct staff costs (excluding overtime).
