General questions 1. determines: 1.1. procedures for implementing the action programme" growth and employment "specific support 9.1.1 the objective" to increase the existing disadvantaged unemployed people into the labour market "(hereinafter referred to as the objective) 9.1.1.2. Measure the following costs: plan 17.1. direct eligible costs; 17.2. indirect eligible costs; 17.3. the unexpected costs. 18. These provisions 17.1. referred to the direct eligible costs include the following positions: 18.1. direct personnel costs according to State and local officials and employees of the institutions of law, except for the remuneration of overtime. If the staff is employed in the normal working time, health insurance costs are eligible for 100 percent. If the staff is employed part time, health insurance costs are not identifiable in a full time capacity. If the staff remuneration shall apply the principle of relevance, part-time health insurance costs determined under the part-time capacity. Health insurance costs are attributable only to the period when the beneficiary of the project implementation and management personnel is employed in the project; 19.5. the purchase of the equipment rules 18.1.1. staff referred to the creation of new jobs or existing jobs in the reconstruction of not more than 3 000 euro for a single work throughout the project implementation period. If the staff is employed in the normal working time, work equipment acquisition cost is eligible for 100 percent. If the staff is employed full time or part time, work equipment acquisition cost is attributed in proportion to the percentage of the load distribution. 20. This rule 16.4. eligible activities referred to in the framework of the funding recipient shall ensure that the chosen provider: 26.1. this rule 3.1. and 3.2., the unemployed person referred to in that parallel to engage in paid temporary public works programme incentive involving 12 weeks, subject to the following conditions: 26.1.1. two weeks – every working day by eight academic hours; 26.1.2. the third working week until the twelfth week-once a week (eight academic hours) parallel engagement in unemployment paid temporary public works; 26.2. this rule 3.1. and 3.2., the unemployed person referred to in that parallel shall not engage in paid temporary public works programme incentive involving four weeks every working day by eight academic hours; 26.3. ensure that motivational programmes at least psychological assistance (individual and in groups), interprofessional meetings, incentive measures, support and advice to individual social problems; 16.4. ensure motivation programmes individually or in a group, but not more than 12 persons; 26.5. provides a measure of the unemployed involved in the catering and delivery on motivation and the implementation of the programme; 16.5. this rule 3.1. and 3.2. unemployed persons referred to by the motivation of membership program provides mentors (recruitment of Assistant), which helps unemployed after the completion of the motivation program settled permanently and provide psychological support. The project site is the territory of the Republic of Latvia. V. closing question 33.
