II. calculation of the retirement pension 6. Average monthly remuneration for the granting of the retirement pension is calculated using the following formula: P = A + Ds + Pr x 8 x 21, which in average monthly Tna Ds pay; A – estimated monthly salary totals for the last 60 months (starting from the last day of work); P-calculated compensation laws regulating specific premium amount for the last 60 months (starting from the last day of work); PR-the calculated premium and the total prize money for the last 60 months (starting from the last day of work); TN – actually worked time (in hours) in the last 60 months (starting from the last day of work); 8 – the normal working time (hours); 21 – the average number of working days per month. 7. National Security officials of the retirement pension Act article 3 paragraph 6 above shows the calculation of seniority and lists, subject to the following conditions: 9.1 1995 31 December – as the period of insurance seniority aligned according to the laws and regulations of the law "on State pensions" and 1 of the transitional provisions laid down in paragraph 2, the period of insurance, proof, calculation and accounting procedures; 9.2. from 1 January 1996, as the law "on State pensions" laid down in article 9, in which the insurance indemnity in favour of the months that made or had to make insurance contributions for pension insurance. 10. the Agency's secrecy regime the Department within 10 working days of the constitutional protection Office, or the military intelligence and security service request to the relevant national safety authority provides information on the applicant's retirement pension insurance and similar seniority seniority. 11.
