Make the introductory paragraph 9 by the following: "9. the competence of the authority responsible (except in relation to the jurisdiction referred to in paragraph 29.11 major project):". 2. To make the introductory paragraph 10 by the following: ' 10. Cooperation authority (except the responsibilities referred to in paragraph 29.11 major project): ". 3. Deletion of 14.1 points. 4. To supplement the provisions of this chapter III1: "III1. In a large project implementation if the activity within 29.10 for the funding, which includes a series of works, activities or services and specific economic or technical task, which has clearly identified goals and whose total cost, including the cost of the other financial instruments, the Council reached the 2006 July 11 of Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 laying down general provisions on the European regional development fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 39.
