Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 507 in 2015 (September 1. No 44 27) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 21 June 2011 Regulations Nr. 485 "certain types of hazardous waste management procedure" Issued under the waste management Act, article 17, eighth and article 36 1. make Cabinet 21 June 2011 regulations No. 485 "certain types of hazardous waste management procedures" (Latvian journal, 2011, 2013, 102. No; 83. no; by 2014, 47. no) the following amendments : 1.1. provisions to supplement with 27.1 points as follows: "Merchants, 27.1 recycle waste batteries and accumulators, provides: 1. this rule 27.1 27.1. lead referred to the degree of processing, according to the European Commission of 11 June 2012 Regulation No. 493/2012, whereby in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive 2006/66/EC lays down detailed rules regarding batteries and accumulators waste recycling process recycling target value calculation (hereinafter Regulation No 493/2012) 2. Annex; 2. this rule 27.1 27.2. cadmium referred to the degree of processing – pursuant to Regulation No 493/2012 3. Annex; 3. this rule 27.3 27.1. referred to batteries and battery recycling, according to the Regulation No 493/2012 1. Annex. ";
1.2. make 28 the following: "28. Merchant who recycle waste batteries and accumulators, submit to Regulation No 493/2012 4, 5 and 6 of the information referred to in the annex to the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry Regulation No. 493/2012 article 3, 4, 5 and 6."; 1.3. make 31 the following: "31. producers of batteries and accumulators or batteries and accumulators waste managers (if the manufacturer has entered into with them the contract) by the manufacturer of the batteries and accumulators register: 31.1. report on the Latvian market of batteries and accumulators placed sales (also for battery users directly to the sales volumes of batteries and accumulators and other individuals sold quantities of batteries and accumulators for resale to the third user of batteries and accumulators (annex 2)) for the year to 30 April , 30 July, 30 October and next January 30 on the previous quarter. 31.2. the report on Latvia collected batteries and accumulators waste in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 26 (annex 2): 31.2.1. until 30 October for the period from 1 January of the current year to 30 June; 31.2.2. to 30 April for the period from 1 July of the previous year to 31 December "; 1.4. to supplement the rules by 31.1, 31.2 and 31.3 points as follows: "If the rules of 31 31.1. messages referred to producers of batteries and accumulators in the register under the legislation on electrical and electronic equipment and batteries or batteries producer registration procedures and pay for the maintenance of the data submitted for waste batteries and accumulators the operator, these reports shall be submitted separately for producers of batteries and accumulators, who with waste batteries and accumulators the operator has entered into the contract for the management of waste. 31.2 the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry or its authorised institution each year take the appropriate calculations and collect the following information: 31.2 1. batteries and accumulators put on the market the producer of batteries and accumulators in quantity and type; 31.2 2. waste batteries and accumulators the operator in Latvia collected batteries and accumulators waste in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 26 and Latvia collected all types of batteries and battery recycling in Latvia, in another country of the European Union or outside the European Union in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 27. 31.3 the environment and regional development Ministry or its authorised body every three years forward to the Commission reports (according to the model laid down by the European Commission) on waste batteries and accumulators. The report shall be sent to the nine months period specified in the message. "; 1.5. to supplement the provisions of this paragraph 46: "46.
