2. The Treasury paid services provided in accordance with the price list (annex).
3. The Treasury paid services provided to municipalities, the State budget the performer in respect of special budget and enterprises that receive government loans, as well as corporations, for which commitments on behalf of the State guarantee has been provided based on the current year's State budget law.
