1.2. the express indication on what basis the provisions of the law, issued by the following: "Issued under the animal protection act, article 10, paragraph 7 and 12 and 25 of the law on veterinary medicine article 11. ';
1.3. to make paragraph 1 by the following: "1. the provisions determined by the welfare requirements of animals in animal shelters (shelter) and animal hotels (hotel), the order in which the animal passes a farm or in a hotel, as well as shelters and hotel registration procedure.";
1.4. the introductory part of paragraph 6 worded as follows: "6. Shelters or hotel owner can be any natural or legal person who is registered to the service. Registration for shelters or hotel owner shall submit to the territorial unit of the service application, specify the following information: ";
1.5. to make the first sentence of paragraph 7 as follows: "service within 10 working days of the point 6 of these rules, and 8.7. information referred to in the receipt verifies the shelter or hotel.";
1.6. to convey the title of chapter III, the following: "(iii). the requirements capture and keeping of animals in shelters";
1.7. the title of chapter IV, expressed as follows: "IV. Requirements capture and keeping of animals in the hotel";
1.8. make 36 the following: 36.14 "days after the expiry of the deadline laid down in the contract for holding the animal hotel, the hotel owner shall notify in writing the owner of the animal of its intention not to give away the farm animals removed or another person or to keep the animal in a hotel, or eitanazē. If the hotel owner receives a written refusal from the local animal shelters accept, then the owner of the hotel, no sooner than 14 days after the expiry of the deadline laid down in the contract for holding the animal hotel, have the right to keep the animal hotel, give another person or eitanazē. ";
1.9. in paragraph 37 deleted words "Inspector".
