No. 48 13) Casino visitor registration and Casino visitors register of information required in processing the order Issued pursuant to the Act of gambling and Lotteries article 39 sixth part i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. Casino visitor registration procedure;
1.2. the Casino visitor information to be included in the register (hereinafter information) the storage, collection and transfer arrangements;
1.3. the Casino visitor registry-related technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data. 2. each Casino visitors are recorded in a separate casino visitors. 3. 12.3. the name and address of the Casino;
12.4. the Casino owner's name and registration number. 13. After inspection of the current information, Casino deletes the preceding calendar month the Casino visitors registered and the information included in the register. Casino for their own purposes may only be used for statistical information (such as the number of people who visited the Casino), after which cannot identify a specific Casino visitors. 14. the accuracy of the information is responsible for a casino owner. IV. Information storage 15. Information, inspections in the presence of the applicant: 15.1. make sure that the submitted technical media is required information;
15.2. verify the information submitted contains this provision referred to in paragraph 12. 16. The information received by the Office include centralized Casino visitors register established pursuant to rules for the security of information systems and data processing system for the protection of the mandatory technical and organisational requirements and is recorded in the data state inspection of individual data protection law. V. transfer of information 17. inspections shall have the right to release information about the casino visit fact to law enforcement agencies and other institutions in the laws and in the cases provided for in the order of their written request. 18. The certificate indicates that the Casino and when the relevant person is visited by law enforcement authorities, or in the specified period indicates that during that period, the person has not visited the Casino. 20. the Inspectorate is responsible, to the date of receipt of the information in it should not be amended and the amendment, as well as to avoid the loss of information (full or partial), destruction, or access by third parties.
