Replace the text, the words" invitation to tender "(fold) with the word" competition "(fold).

3. 4. 9. Make the following paragraph 73: "73. A technical assistance fund of the Ministry of Finance introduced, based on the grant agreement, and the Ministry of finance and its indentures. The Ministry of finance supports the technical assistance fund for the implementation of the separation of functions from other functions. "
10. Replace subparagraph 1.3 of annex 1, the words "the submission form filled" with the words "the application filled in".
