Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 855 Riga 2006 (October 17. No 54 19. §) rules for Jelgava district Valgunde municipality issued the establishment in accordance with the law on Administrative and territorial reform of the second paragraph of article 6.1 and the law "on the administrative territory of the Republic of Latvia and the establishment of settlements status" in the first part of article 8.1 1. determines the Jelgava district Valgunde municipality.
2. Determine that the Jelgava district Valgunde parish administrative territories are transformed into Valgunde municipality administrative territory (annex).
