Interactive Gaming organizer shall submit to the inspections of the areas concerned certified laboratory opinion on games into system test results, games into system manuals or other documents that confirm that the games into the system complies with these regulations 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18. 6. III. Encrypted or hidden form stores the following information about the players: 17.1. information on the player's account in a credit institution, from which the player odds in contributions for participation in the interactive game;

17.3. the player's debit or credit card expiration date, which is used to deposit rates for participation in interactive gaming;
17.4. the answer to the test question, to find out the identity of the player. 18. Permanently stored in encrypted form in a player's credit account personal information number (PIN) and user authentication supporting information (password), if it has notified inter active games organised in the cities. IV. final question 19. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of Ministers of 6 April 2004, the provisions of no. 248 "procedure for submission of information on interactive games programmes, security measures and physical personal data protection measures" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 63).
