Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 813 Riga 2006 (3 October. Nr. 50) a residence permit Issued under the provisions of immigration law article 3, third paragraph, the third subparagraph of article 22, the second paragraph of article 23, the second paragraph of article 32, article 33, the second paragraph of article 34, first paragraph, point 9, 35, the first paragraph of article 13, article 36, first paragraph, point 4, first paragraph of article 40 and article 27 of the law of Asylum, article 30, paragraph 2 of the , the second subparagraph of article 37 and article 41 (3) i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. call approval procedure;
1.2. applying for the residence permit required documents;
1.3. the residence permit, registration and cancellation procedures;
1.4. the range of foreigners who are eligible for the citizenship and Immigration Board (hereinafter the Board) to submit documents for applying for residence permit;
1.5. commercial restrictions on foreigners in the Republic of Latvia, within the economic and internal security interests;
1.6. the arrangements for the reimbursement of remuneration (compensation) for departure to live abroad;
1.7. the order in which the foreigner applying for a absences outside the Republic of Latvia;
1.1. electronic information system — invitation data base and register of foreigners — the amount of information required and the arrangements for its use.
2. these regulations certain Foreigners documents applying for the residence permit of the Republic of Latvia shall be submitted personally to the diplomatic or consular office abroad (hereinafter representation) or, if they are in possession of a valid residence permit or permanent residence permit required under immigration law article 24, first paragraph, point 8:2.1. According to the legal person's address if the inviter is a legal person;
2.2. According to place of residence, if the inviter is a natural person.
3. If the foreigner residence permit documents to be submitted to claim or registration in the Republic of Latvia and his Inviter are: 3.1 legal person can submit the relevant documents to the legal person's authorized representative;
3.2. natural person, documents can be submitted to an authorized person, presenting the notarized powers (if a foreigner can not submit documents personally, State of health, certified by a certificate issued by a doctor).
4. A foreigner who is staying in the Republic of Latvia with a valid visa or entry into the Republic of Latvia do not need a visa, is entitled to submit to the administration of these provisions in certain documents to request a residence permit if he is: 4.1 accredited educational institutions teacher;
4.2. public institutions a scholar;
4.3. the consultant (expert) who provides assistance at national or local authority, or help implement international agreement or the project, which is a Member State of the Republic of Latvia;
4.4. The Latvian sports team coach;
4.5. a professional athlete;
4.6. in the Republic of Latvia accredited educational institutions students or full-time student and she stay connected with participation in the Exchange program;
4.7. The Latvian citizens or non-citizens of Latvia's parents, who requested a residence permit in accordance with article 30 of the Immigration Act;
4.8. the minor child.
5. A foreigner for which entry into the Republic of Latvia do not need a visa, the Administration may submit the documents referred to in these provisions a residence permit if he is claiming: 5.1 individual merchant;
5.2. the company's only founder;
5.3. where he is self-employed;
5.4. in the commercial register as a member of a partnership that has the right to represent the partnership, Board Member, Council Member, prokūrist, the administrator, liquidator or a person authorised to represent the Merchant (foreign merchant) in activities related to the branch;
5.5. the atomic energy industry.
6. Documents for applying for residence permit with the 4 and 5 of the provisions referred to in paragraph foreigners foreigners may also be submitted to the spouse, their minor (also in custody) children and dependent persons.
7. applying for a residence permit or registration is required for the Administration confirmed the call. The call is not required if the foreigner: 7.1 is sole proprietor;
7.2. it is the sole founder of a company or registered in the commercial register, the only official with the operator's representation rights;
7.3. is self-employed;
7.4. is a foreign operator's representative;
7.5. is a minor child and one of his parents is a Latvian citizen, non-citizen of Latvia or a foreigner, who in the Republic of Latvia has received a permanent residence permit;
7.6. is separated or divorced or their spouse has died and foreigners are dependent minor child — a Latvian citizen or non-citizen of Latvia;
7.7.17 June 1940 was a Latvian citizen;
7.8. in the Republic of Latvia has received a diploma of secondary education learning secondary education in the State language;
7.9. before another country's citizenship was a Latvian citizen or non-citizen of Latvia and permanent residence permit required under immigration law article 24, first paragraph, point 8;
7.10. wants to register permanent residence;
7.11. has received the status of refugee or subsidiary in the Republic of Latvia;
7.12. receives a residence permit on the basis of the competent national safety authorities or law enforcement agencies;
7.13. requesting permanent residence after five years of continuous residence in the Republic of Latvia;
7.14. require a residence permit under the immigration law article 23, first paragraph, paragraph 23;
7.15. have a family member who requested a residence permit at the same time with this rule 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, and 7.14. referred to foreigners.
8. Management and mission official has the right to invite foreigners and inviting to interview in order to decide on the issue of the residence permit, registration or cancellation. If necessary, both of the people interviewed at the same time.
9. A foreigner who has a valid residence permit, a travel document for a new residence permit shall be submitted to the Department no later than 30 days after receipt of this document, if the travel document is new.
II. the call approval 10. Documents submitted for approval the call: 10.1 a minor Latvian citizen or non-citizen of Latvia;
10.2. the minor is a foreigner with a valid permanent residence permit in the Republic of Latvia;
10.3. the State or local authorities;
10.4. the Republic of Latvia Law registered in the Republic of Latvia or foreign legal entity.
11. the documents submitted for the design of call. Physical person documents shall be submitted personally. If, for any valid reason, the documents may be submitted in person and the relevant tariff information, documents can be submitted to the authorised person by presenting a notarized powers.
12. Natural person when you call: 12.1 presented identity documents. If the call to take the spouse, the inviter shall produce their travel documents;

13.3. submit payment document certifying payment of the State fees.
14. If the call presented this rule 10.4. referred to a legal person, its addition to the rules mentioned in paragraph 13 of the document, starting with the second year of activity, the State revenue service presented information about the entry into the accounts of taxpayers (the first year of operation), or a statement that it does not have a tax debt, which is administered by the State Revenue Service (starting with the second year of operation). If the legal person has tax arrears, the call request can be submitted, if the legal person has received the consent of the State revenue service.
15. If an invitation to foreigners to reside in the Republic of Latvia related to student or student exchanges, in addition to the provisions referred to in paragraph 13.2 indicate the details of the physical person who assumes responsibility for the minor student during his stay in the Republic of Latvia. In addition to the provisions referred to in paragraph 13 of document the inviter shall submit the document confirming the right to organize its Exchange program, as well as in the Republic of Latvia accredited educational institution proof that students will learn in this educational institution in accordance with the Exchange program.

16. If the religious affairs administration registered organisation invited foreigners to reside in the Republic of Latvia to perform religious activities, it harmonises the provisions specified in paragraph 13.2 application with the religious affairs administration.
17. If foreigners invited to stay in the religious affairs administration established a monastery, this provision specified in paragraph 13.2 of the application with the confession.
18. The inviter shall show the following: 18.1. phone number or other information that provides a communication (such as e-mail address);
18.2. for foreigners: 18.2.1. name (name), surname latīņalfabētisk, as specified in the script of foreigners travel document;
18.2.2. nationality;
18.2.3. date of birth;
18.2.4. place of birth;
18.2.5. residence address abroad;
18.2.6. expected residence in Latvia.
19. one call application can include multiple members of the same family, if they have a common purpose of stay in the Republic of Latvia.
20. details of the host and the foreigners include electronic information system — invitation data base. After data entry invitation data base administration officer in print call application form. The inviter or his authorized representative (if Inviter is a natural person), certify that the information provided and the data they entered is true and that he takes responsibility for the departure of foreigners from the country, as well as, if necessary, be provided with health care, foreigners stay in the Republic of Latvia and the return home of associated costs.
21. the administrative officer of a decision on the approval of the call takes two working days. If the decision requires further examination, the officer shall notify the host, and the decision shall be taken within 10 working days.
22. Government officials call does not confirm if: 22.1. Inviter refuses or cannot submit these rules 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the documents referred to in paragraph or refuses to provide the necessary explanations of the purpose of inviting foreigners, foreigners and invite it to stay in the Republic of Latvia;
22.2. the foreigner is included in the list of foreigners arriving in the Republic of Latvia is prohibited;
22.3. found that the inviter supplied incorrect information;
22.4. received from a competent national authority, a negative opinion on the call.
23. the administrative officer shall take the decision to cancel the call if approved by an exclamation of approval: 23.1. found that the inviter recanted;
23.2. found that the inviter lost the right to invite foreigners;
23.3. found that the inviter supplied incorrect information;
23.4. a foreigner is included in the list of foreigners arriving in the Republic of Latvia is prohibited;
14.6. received from a competent national authority, the negative opinion.
24. If the call is not accepted, the call shall be suspended or withdrawn the inviter, the documents presented to the host country shall not be issued and levied fees shall not be refunded.
III. Framework for requesting a residence permit 25. Foreigners wishing to request a residence permit, present a valid travel document and shall submit the following documents: 25.1. specific sample questionnaire for requesting a residence permit according to this provision, 1., 2., 3., and annex 4;
25.2. the photograph;
25.3. a statement of health, stating that a foreigner has no regulations about health problems and diseases that health problems or disease, or the Ministry of Health issued a statement that it has no objection to the fact that a foreigner coming to treat the disorder or disease;
25.4. the certificate of criminal record (foreigner, who is older than 14 years) issued by the competent authority of the country of nationality or, if the foreigner stayed in it for more than 12 months;
25.5. a document showing the necessary livelihood security, as long as the foreigner staying in the Republic of Latvia;
6. documents showing the expected residency in the Republic of Latvia and the right to stay in it, such as property rights, tenancy agreement;
25.7. the payment document certifying payment of the State fee.
26. If a foreigner entry into the Republic of Latvia do not need a visa, he will present a valid travel document and submit these rules 15.6 25.2, 25.3, 25.5.,.,., and 16.0 15.9. documents referred to.
27. in the light of the reason for stay, in addition to the 25 and 26 of these rules by the documents mentioned in paragraph foreigner those provisions in chapter IV, V or VI documents.
28. If a foreigner under immigration law article 24, first paragraph, 2, 3, 6 and 7 point wants to get permanent residence, he shall submit a document certifying the State language, the national language knowledge and language skills to the test in the laws regulating the volume.
29. If the foreigner received (compensation) for departure to live abroad (hereinafter referred to as a reward), he along with documents claiming residence permit submitted a statement of the amount of remuneration issued by the Republic of Latvia national or local authorities or international (foreign) foundations or the body that the remuneration paid, or these rules referred to in paragraph 78 of the local government or other competent authority. Repayment of the remuneration for the foreigner shall submit, receive a residence permit.
30. If a foreigner served in a foreign military service, apart from compulsory military service, or Government service, he submitted a paper on the atvaļināšano of the service or termination of the service. 
31. If the foreigner does not submit the said document in these provisions, the issue of which is a national of the Republic of Latvia or municipal authority, Administration Officer requests the necessary information to the appropriate State or local government authority.
32. documents issued abroad is accepted if they are legalized in or certified in accordance with the 1961 Hague Convention of October 5 on the legalization of foreign public documents, if the requirements of the Republic of Latvia to international treaties binding for other arrangements.
33. not submitting notarized certified copies of documents, the original documents are presented.
34. to request a residence permit documents to be submitted is valid: 34.1. the call — six months after approving it;
21.3. the document proving the necessary livelihood support, and expected residence in the Republic of Latvia and the State revenue service inquiries — three months after their date of issue;
21.3. inquiries, letters, and other documents, except for the civil registry documents, court rulings, cognitive and educational archive documents — six months after their issue;
21.4. statement of x-ray or fluorogrāfisk the results of the investigation, one year after its date of issue.
IV. Additional documents to request a residence permit if you stay connected with family reunification submitted 35. Foreigner affinity or affinity for documents where: 21.8. According to the immigration law article 23, first paragraph, (1) wants to stay at relatives;
35.2. According to article 30 of the Immigration Act has to reside at her own minor child — Latvian citizens or non-citizens of Latvia;
35.3. According to article 31 of the Immigration Act has to stay to one parent who is a citizen of Latvia.
36. If a foreigner under immigration law article 23 a quarter, 25 or 26 to article wants to stay at the the spouse, he shall submit proof of marriage.
37. If the minor child wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia under the immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 1, article 23 of the fourth part or article 24, first paragraph, point 1 or 2, he shall submit: 37.1. relationship of the supporting documents;
37.2. the parent's notarized or administration or agency officials signed a document in the presence of consent to the child's return to the Republic of Latvia, who was visiting with children. If everyday is implemented under the auspices of the parent with whom the child shall be appointed by the Republic of Latvia, and is not restricted to the change of residence of the child without the other parent's consent shall be submitted to the competent national authority issuing the document.
38. If a foreigner wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia under the immigration law article 23, first paragraph, paragraph 17, since all foreigners established guardianship or trusteeship, he submitted to the Court ruling on the custody or guardianship of the establishment.
39. If a foreigner wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia under the immigration law article 23, first paragraph, paragraph 20, he shall submit a document showing that the Court accepted the application for divorce and the child's place of residence.
40. If the residence permit is still to receive the minor foreigners whose parents not staying with him, in addition to the Republic of Latvia shall provide notarized or management or in the presence of the representative officials signed parental permission to reside in the Republic of Latvia.
V. additional documents requesting a residence permit if you stay connected with employment

41. If the foreigner under immigration law article 23 paragraph 2 of the first paragraph has to reside in the Republic of Latvia as a sole proprietor registered in the commercial register or commercial companies the sole founder, he submitted: sworn auditor check 41.1. the business plan for the intended operation;
41.2. documents certifying that he has a sufficient personal financial means the operations specified in the business plan to start;
41.3. permission (license certificate), if in work which requires permission;
25.7. sworn auditor examine the annual report and the opinion on it that the business plan objectives and tasks (starting with the second year of activity);
25.8. sworn auditor verify the business plan, if the previous business plan is executed (starting with the second year of operation).
42. If a foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 4, wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia as a self-employed person, he submitted: 42.1. sworn auditor verify the business plan for the intended operation;
26.2. documents certifying that he has a sufficient personal financial means the operations specified in the business plan to start;
26.3. permission (license certificate), if in work which requires permission;
26.3. sworn auditor examine the annual report and the opinion on it that the business plan objectives and tasks (starting with the second year of activity);
26.4. sworn auditor verify the business plan, if the previous business plan is executed (starting with the second year of operation).
43. If a foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 2 or 4, wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia, in addition to the examination of the management of information about the entry into the accounts of taxpayers (the first year of operation) or information that they do not have the tax debt, which is administered by the State Revenue Service (starting with the second year of operation). If foreigners have the above information, the foreigner is entitled to submit this information to the supporting documents.
44. If a foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 6, wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia on the basis of the contract of employment or contract of the company, he shall submit the regulations laid down in the approved work.
45. If a foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 9 had to reside in the Republic of Latvia on the basis of mutual scientific cooperation in scientific cooperation, he shall submit proof of facts and work contract or project, if residence in the Republic of Latvia related to labour relations.
46. If a foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 14, wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia, he shall submit a document showing that the foreigner is participating in an international treaty or a project, the Republic of Latvia.
Vi. Supporting documents for application for a residence permit if you stay connected with other objectives 47. If a foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 10 has to reside in the Republic of Latvia, to study in a university or accredited courses, he submitted: 29.3. contract for studying in the Republic of Latvia;
47.2. documents showing that is the necessary education courses.
48. If the foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 10 has to reside in the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Latvia for training in accredited educational institution or program, he submitted the contract for training in the Republic of Latvia.
49. If a foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 19 to want to stay in the Republic of Latvia in relation to students or student exchange, practice or internships education of the Republic of Latvia or in the commercial register of the company, he shall submit the relevant education institutions or organizations and supplies or a cooperation agreement in the Republic of Latvia accredited higher education institutions issued assurances that the foreigner is participating in an international exchange program in higher education institutions within the network and employment contract, if the stay in the Republic of Latvia related to labour relations.
50. If a foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 11 had to reside in the Republic of Latvia for the treatment, he shall submit the contract for hospital treatment or rehabilitation institution.
51. If the foreigner under immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 16, wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia, to perform religious activities, he submitted: 51.1. shipping letter of foreign religious organizations;
51.2. ordination document or equivalent document.
52. If the foreigner under immigration law article 24, first paragraph, point 5 wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia since mastered the secondary education in the national language, he submitted to the education authority or School Board issued a certificate to show that the foreigner mastered the secondary education programme of the National Edition.
53. If the foreigner who has been a citizen of Latvia, permanent residence permit wishes to receive in accordance with immigration law article 24, first paragraph, point 8, submit proof that he has abandoned the citizenship of Latvia.
54. If a foreigner wants to stay in the Republic of Latvia pursuant to article 31 of the Immigration Act, as of 17 June 1940 was a Latvian citizen, he submitted to the Latvian citizenship documents.
55. If the foreigner residence permit shall be granted in accordance with the immigration laws of the third part of article 23 or article 24 of the immigration law the second part: 55.1. for humanitarian reasons, he submitted documents showing that foreigners need to reside in the Republic of Latvia;
55.2. on the basis of international law or national interest, Latvia — he submitted to the direct application of a regulatory authority, certifying the need for foreigners to reside in the Republic of Latvia.
56. The Board opinion on the 25 and 55 of the provisions referred to in paragraph document compliance and foreigners the opportunity to request a residence permit in General, as well as the management of the additional information submitted to the Minister for the Interior.
57. A foreigner who received the status of refugee or subsidiary in the Republic of Latvia, to request a residence permit shall be submitted personally managing refugees Department identity or travel documents, their children's identity card or travel document and a document showing details of the place of residence in the Republic of Latvia.
58. If the foreigner law duly recognised as victims of trafficking, to request a residence permit by the competent national authority shall produce his valid travel document and submit these rules 25.1., 25.2 and 25.3.. referred to in documents as well as the competent authorities of the decision on the recognition of foreign victims of trafficking and on the need to obtain a residence permit.
59. A foreigner present a valid travel document and submit these rules 15.6 and 15.7 16.0., referred to in documents if the foreigner was a Latvian citizen or non-citizen of Latvia, and requires a permanent residence permit in accordance with immigration law article 24, first paragraph, point 8.
VII. Documents of residence again claiming 60. Requests a residence permit for the previous residence permit the validity period or not later than 90 days after the validity of the residence permit expires, and without a change in the reason for requesting a residence permit, a foreigner present a valid travel document and submit these rules 15.6 25.2, 25.3, 25.5.,.,., and 16.0 15.9. documents referred to, as well as taking into account the reasons of residence — this rule 41.3. 25.7 25.8.,.,.,., 26.3 26.3, 26.4., 44 and 45, 29.3. in paragraph 48, 49 and 50, 55.1 and 55.2 51.1..., referred to in documents. A foreigner who has been granted the European Community's permanent resident status in another Member State and who resided years in Latvia in accordance with immigration law article 23, first paragraph, point 6, repeatedly requesting a residence permit in connection with employment, without those provisions referred to in paragraph 44 of the document, but the employment contract or project.
61. If the foreigner's previous residence permit issued in connection with the business or employment or a foreigner is a self-employed person, sole proprietor or company the sole founder and he not later than 12 months from the previous residence permit expires, requiring a new residence permit, in addition to the provisions referred to in paragraph 59 of document, taking into account the reasons of stay, the Board examined information on State social insurance contributions and the amount. If a foreigner has that information, the foreigner is entitled to submit this information to the supporting documents.
VIII. The issue of the residence permit procedure 62. Administration has the right to request and receive from State and local government authorities and courts of the information related to the stay of foreigners in the Republic of Latvia.

63. the Government decision on the issue of the residence permit shall be taken after verification of the documents presented, interviews and other news. The Board decision shall be issued or sent to the foreigner, if the documents submitted to the administration. If the documents submitted to the representation of the decision is issued to the foreigner, sent to the mission, as indicated by the foreigner, as well as for the Office in which the application documents. The decision shall be issued or shall also host.
64. After entering the Republic of Latvia, the foreigner in seven days arriving personally, to get the residence permit: 64.1. According to the legal person's address if the inviter is a legal person;
64.2. According to the declared place of residence or domicile specified additional, if the inviter is a natural person.
65. A document showing that the alien has a valid health insurance policy, presented the termiņuzturēšan permission.
66. If the foreigner's travel document expiry date is less than the required termiņuzturēšan the period of validity of the licence, the Board shall take a decision on the issue of the residence permit on time but requested a residence permit sticker is issued for a period of three months shorter than the period of validity of the travel document.
67. The decision on the issue of the residence permit is valid for three months. If this time do not receive a residence permit, a foreigner applying for residence permit documents submitted. For humanitarian reasons the Administration Manager or his authorised person have the right to authorize the issue of residence permits on the basis of the decision, having missed the deadline mentioned above, if a foreigner shall submit new documents to the site that has expired.
68. If the residence permit is refused, annulled or foreigner that provision referred to in paragraph 66 of decision during the term of validity of the residence permit does not receive the documents submitted shall not be issued to foreigners and charged the State fee shall not be refunded.
69. the administration shall inform the relevant authorities about a fosters underage foreigners in the Republic of Latvia, who has received a residence permit, over her guardianship is established abroad and his guardian is a Latvian citizen, non-citizen of Latvia or a foreigner, who is in Latvia for the residence permit.
IX. registration of the residence permit procedures 70. Foreigner with a valid residence permit, the documents referred to in these provisions of the residence permit shall be submitted for registration administration personally: 70.1. According to the legal person's address if the inviter is a legal person;
70.2. According to the declared place of residence or domicile specified additional, if the inviter is a natural person.
71. A foreigner residence permit documents submitted for registration: 71.1. authorisation to termiņuzturēšan: 30 to 90 days prior to the registration of the residence permit expires;
71.2. permanent residence permit not later than 30 days before the date of registration of the residence permit expires.
72. To register a residence permit, a foreigner present: 72.1. valid travel document;
72.2. a document showing that he has a valid health insurance policy (where he recorded the termiņuzturēšan permission).
73. This provision 72.2. document referred to is to be presented to the person granted refugee status or subsidiary in the Republic of Latvia.
74. If the residence in the Republic of Latvia related to employment or commercial or a foreigner is a self-employed person, in addition to the provisions referred to in paragraph 71 of the documents he submitted to the competent authority a statement of the State social insurance compulsory contributions.
75. The decision on registration of the residence permit is valid for three months. If the decision during the period of validity of the residence permit of a foreigner does not receive the documents submitted shall not be issued to foreigners and charged the State fee shall not be refunded. For humanitarian reasons the Administration Manager or his authorised person have the right to authorize the issue of residence permits on the basis of the decision, having missed the deadline mentioned above, if a foreigner shall submit new documents to the site that has expired.
76. The Board after verification of the documents presented, interviews and other news of the inspection shall take a decision on the registration of the residence permit.
X. arrangements for the repayment of the remuneration (compensation) for departure to permanent life abroad 77. Foreigners who received remuneration (compensation) for departure to live abroad (hereinafter referred to as a reward) and want to request a residence permit in the Republic of Latvia, the consideration received in repayment: 77.1. Republic of Latvia it public or municipal institution or international (foreign) foundations or authority that this compensation paid;
77.2. State budget revenue, if this provision 77.1. the authority referred to in subparagraph or the Fund is liquidated, or refuses to accept the remuneration paid.
78. If the remuneration granted to residential area, the amount of remuneration is determined by the current market value, according to the housing location and evaluate the relevant local authority or other competent authority (the authority). If the area sold, a foreigner shall repay the amount corresponding to the housing market value at the time of sale.
79. If the remuneration received in more than one person and residence permit in the Republic of Latvia require someone from the consideration received for foreigners, he repaid his share in proportion to the number of persons received remuneration.
XI. Prolonged absence procedure 80. Foreigners who need to stay abroad for more than 35 of the immigration law of the first paragraph of article 13 and article 36, first paragraph, the period referred to in paragraph 4, shall submit the relevant application to the Administration and the absence of supporting documents.
81. The Board examined the application and the documents attached to the application and issue a certificate that the alien administration is aware of the need for long-term stay foreigner abroad. The certificate shall specify the date by which a foreigner is entitled to return to the Republic of Latvia.
82. If the foreigner does not arrive in the Republic of Latvia regulatory deadline or has not made his absence before leaving the Republic of Latvia, the absence of supporting documents he submitted representations.

XII. cancellation of the residence permit 87. a decision on withdrawal of the residence permit shall be taken. The State border guard of the residence permit or representations shall be cancelled only at the request of management.
88. If the period of validity of the residence permit or a residence permit is cancelled, the administration of foreigners travel document shall mark, giving the date, not more than 45 days, during which the foreigner must leave the Republic of Latvia. Departure date that is more than 45 days, considering the circumstances of the case, establish a management Chief or his authorized officer.
XIII. Invitation to the database and the register of foreigners, the volume of information required and the arrangements for its use 89.
