Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 886 Riga 2006 (31 October. No 56 23. §) rules on institutions that issued abroad for the recognition of professional qualifications in regulated professions of the Certificate Issued in accordance with the law "About the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" in article 36 (3) of rule 1 defines the institutions that issued from abroad for the recognition of professional qualifications in regulated professions of the certificate.
