No 56 55) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 March 2002 No. 102 in the terms of "Pharmacy and pharmacy affiliate placement criteria" Issued in accordance with article 5 of the law on Pharmaceutical's 16 1. make Cabinet 5 March 2002 No. 102 in the terms of "Pharmacy and pharmacy affiliate placement criteria" (Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 47) the following amendments: 1. put point 7 by the following: "7. Is allowed the General type of pharmacies and the pharmacies moving one of the branch locality boundaries on the basis of the existing special permission (license), but not less than 500 metres from the functioning of the General type of pharmacy or pharmacy branch, which manufactures medicinal products or which are working round the clock. "
1.2. delete paragraph 9.
