Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 918 Riga 2006 6 November (pr. No 57 38) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 June 2005, the regulations ' provisions no 481 on monthly non-taxable minimum and tax allowance of individual income tax calculation "Issued in accordance with the law" on personal income tax ", the first part of article 12 and article 13 part 1 1.2. make Cabinet of 28 June 2005, the regulations ' provisions no 481 on monthly non-taxable minimum and tax allowance of individual income tax calculation" (Latvian journal 102., 2005, no.) the following amendments: 1. express the point 2 as follows: "2. By 1 January 2007:2.1 a monthly non-taxable minimum is 50 lats;
2.2. the law "on personal income tax" in article 13, first paragraph, point 1, that tax relief is a $35 per month. ";
1.2. to replace paragraph 3 figure "2005" with "2006".
