To make paragraph 1 by the following "1. the provisions of the special arrangements for the construction of buildings, which has been awarded the design space State secret status, as well as the construction of a building to which the room design was granted the status of a State secret, a custom function to which it was built before the State secret status, or that it will be used by State secret status removal and construction completion and commissioning of construction."
