Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 937 Riga 2006 14 November (pr. No 59 42) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 21 March 2006, regulations No 227 "construction order structures where space is assigned to the planning State secret status" Issued in accordance with article 6 of the law on construction of the first part of paragraph 8 to make the Cabinet of 21 March 2006, regulations No 227 "construction order structures where space is assigned to the planning State secret status" (Latvian journal, 2006, 53 no) the following amendments: 1. To make paragraph 1 by the following "1. the provisions of the special arrangements for the construction of buildings, which has been awarded the design space State secret status, as well as the construction of a building to which the room design was granted the status of a State secret, a custom function to which it was built before the State secret status, or that it will be used by State secret status removal and construction completion and commissioning of construction."
2. Make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. the principal functions of The premises where the space is assigned to the planning State secret status, the appropriate Ministry or the national security agency, responsible for the design of space structures.
