Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 954 Riga, 21 November 2006 (pr. No 61 58. §) rules for the special task Minister for European Union Affairs of means of learning competence Issued under Cabinet installations article 3 of the law the second part of rule 1 defines the specific tasks of the European Union the means Ministers learning matters (hereinafter the Minister). 2. the Minister shall coordinate national policy development and implementation in the European Union's structural funds and the Cohesion Fund (hereinafter "the funds of the European Union) in the field of learning. 3. 3.5. to coordinate direct cooperation between administrations, as well as cooperation with secondary public persons in matters related to the European Union the means of learning things;
3.6. to develop proposals and submit the requests for State budget allocations of funds from the European Union, as well as to organize the national budget funds are used for the intended purposes and ensure that use control;
